i went in to get a grilled cheese and cheddar broccoli soup and Nicole was so rude. she had an attitude our whole encounter. i won’t be coming back
Pretty good. Panera has changed over the years to stay competitive. Saltier an d smaller portions than in the past. Still healthier than a fast food burger or chicken sandwich.
Jan 2022 I tried the sausage n pepperoni flat bread pizza was a really nice treat. . The Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich was great
I've lived near and gone to this Panera for most of my life. This is the first time I can remember where I had a poor experience from the staff.An older woman named Julia was the cashier who served my younger sister, younger cousin, and myself. She was rude, couldn't seem to hear anything the three of us said even though we all spoke at different volumes. She also spoke back my cousins order, which included a drink, but removed the charge and didn't give her a up. When we came back for the cup, she claimed my cousin didn't order a drink even though just seconds before she SPOKE BACK the correct order which included the drink.I am a service worker and want to be understanding, but if anyone at my place of employment had her manners they'd be spoken with by management.
Coffee was cold and they were out of ingredients. This is not the first time. Panera has really gone downhill and this has been happening since before the pandemic. Years ago Panera BREAD was out of all sandwich BREAD. I could not get a sandwich. Like I said before pandemic so can't blame that. I'll be canceling my coffee membership.
Great fresh salads!?Mediocre pre frozen tasting soups. Grilled sandwiches pretty good. Coffee and teas need work, limited selection and often cold.
Food was good but not hot. I dined in, so it wasn't sitting on the counter. It's an expensive lunch, so I expected more.
I ordered Goddes Cob Chicken. I got the salat without chicken and bacon, and I asked for a replacement, and they brought a salat with everything on it even more with bad lettuce what turned the color in yellow.
Sandwich was great. The turkey chili has changed. I used to love it but something happened. Maybe it was old … I don’t know. But it smelled odd and tasted funky. Even tabasco sauce could not save it. Avoid it for now.
