Ordered a bowl ok 5/31 got home started to eat the food and felt something cut my lip. Found a big piece of metal in the food. METAL not hair or some paper or something a piece of metal. Returned to store and they refused to give me a refund. That’s insane if this was swallowed could’ve cut up my inside. And employees managers couldn’t care less.
They stopped making chowmein at 8 pm, half hour before the store officially closed, they refused multiple customers and only offered fried rice .
Order ahead, it is much faster and their website is easy to navigate and use. The staff was very courteous and well prepared. The place didn't feel understaffed. I was in and out in under a minute. The food was good, well portioned, and not heavy or greasy. They have plenty of indoor seating and handicap parking.
I used to like this location a lot, but I might not be returning after my recent lunch visit. I arrived at 11:30 and only a few entrees were available. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp which I've had before, but this time it tasted like it was recently defrosted, thrown in the wok for a couple minutes, and then put in the display case. The breading was undercooked and sliding off the shrimp. It tasted awful and I ended up throwing it out. They didn't have any side items prepared, either. No spring rolls, etc. Disappointing.
This is now the second time I've gone to Panda just after they open and they're food is not prepared. If you open at a certain time...learn to maintain opening on time and making sure the food is ready for customers to come in and order.
Lied about closing time. Close an hour early
Rice was dry and shrimps had black pots on them . Never gonna order here again. Wasted money
I miss the samples. Will not order the new dish. It's expensive and it may not be tasty.
Never coming back here again. Gave a very small portion. Ordered Sweet fire chicken only got onion and red peppers. I asked why the portion was so small and was told if I wanted more I had to upgrade to a bigger plate. Took my first bite of chow mien… and all I tasted was burnt chow mien. Threw away the food and went to Great Wall of China! Very tasty!
I decided to go to this location instead of the location down the road in Naperville do to convince. Bad choice, the food was old/over cooked. Dry and really just tasted awful. The service wasn't great either. Waste of money. If you cannot keep fresh food you shouldn't be selling any.
