Really enjoyed the Japanese Pan Noodles with Tofu! Great service and delicious food. Made an online order for pickup, went smoothly.
Good decent food. Some dishes are better tasting than the others. Spicy Korean beef noodles are my favorite here.
Made a mistake I will never repeat. Ordered chicken Cesar salad. There were about 5 tiny pieces of chicken and croutons. It was like $8.60 or something for this. I get they are a noodles place but they make chicken too and my friend had a dish with literally 5 times as much chicken as me. I also get the inflation but it was a ripoff even considering all that. I’m on a small portion diet and still had to eat later because this tiny meal wasn’t enough.
Do not order salad. I ordered with extra dressing and was given a charge. I do not mind being charged if I receive the dressing. Both containers barely filled the bottom. I’m very disappointed with how cheap this location is becoming. I used to come here all the time and never had this problem. I called to see if there was a mistake. They said this is their new policy. This was no mistake. Again, very sad that one of my favorite salads has been ruined by corporate greed.
My daughter requested Noodles and co for her birthday dinner. She loves when a random noodle or two ends up in her Mac and cheese so I asked the super sweet girl working the register if she could make that happen she said “NO problem!” she Ran to the back and told the cook real quite so it would be a surprise for my daughter. she even threw in a little treat for after dinner! This all made my daughters night! She laughed every bite with all the random noodles! The food was great and the restaurant was very clean. 10/10
A rare 5 star but the girl at the counter is cool, has a life that's not involving staring down customers and giving crummy looks. Get cooking is actually cool once you talk to him and the noodles are the perfect amount of sticky not chewy. Steak is good all around a good bowl. Thanks noodles edging out panda for my favorite noodle place.
I was really excited when I heard Plainfield was getting it's own Noodles and Company. I was disappointed in the gradual dip in quality at the Bolingbrook so this all came at the perfect time.I've had nothing but good experiences here. Good food and nice staff.
