Ordered a mobile curbside pickup - 2, ice cream cones and a large Coke we waited 15 minutes for them to come outside I finally went inside and they had no idea I was sitting out there even though I checked in. I finally went inside and they have no clue what was going on. The manager was laughing and joking with the employees in there and not really workinghard. He got me my two cones and a cup for my drink. I had to balance to two cones while I poured myself a drink and there was no drink w lids Near the self service station.I know managers want to be friends with her employees but sometimes they have to make them work. The store was completely filthy and the straws and lids near the service station we’re completely empty.
Do NOT go to this restaurant. They have no clue what they're doing. 15 minutes to get to the pickup window. They dropped the happy meal. They forgot the fish sandwich, so had to fry another one. 10 minutes later, they STILL didn't bring it out. I went inside and they didn't know they were supposed to bring one out. And not even an apology. I'm done.
Visited the Renwick Rd McDonalds on 4/13/22. I was ignored for a few minutes while I stood to order at the register as their main concern is the drive thru. The restaurant was filthy! The drink dispensers were not cleaned at all and had debris in and around them. Food all over the floors, tables not cleaned. And it’s not a lack of staffing as there were at least 10 employees behind the counter.
Cashiers need to improve quality service. They don't like to say hello, hi, thanks or any other compliments.Infront of my kids I have to say hello on start and thanks at the end because behavior leave good and bad impact while we deal.
Decent food, fast drive thru. I tell ya, people work hard in this place. Be patient with the workers. See a lot of mean people treat the employees bad.
They're slow and the location is run by a bunch of teens. I get that McDonald's is supposed to be a starter gig for teens to get into a leadership role but come on, hire more mature people than the kids you have running the joint.
Ridiculously slow service (14minutes) to order, COLD FOOD(13minutes to pay) and warm drinks(7minutes) . CONSTANT RISE IN PRICING with NO IMPROVEMENT in quality!!
Normally this is one of the best locations with always fresh food and friendly staff but recently we have been getting orders with missing items then you can’t get ahold of any one to get the order fixed or a voucher. Quarter pounders aren’t made fresh half the time. It’s sad this really was a great location.
Ordered a small orange juice no ice and it was probably half filled with water. Disappointed.
This place made all of us sick. The staff seem to gather around the drive thru window and take a while to notice you're there. Me and my friends were here today and we all ordered the chicken nuggets. They only put 14 in both of the 20 pieces, and they didn't even cook them right, so we all got sick from them and 2 of us threw up. The booth near the bathroom is raggedy and wobbles when you lean on it. I heard from the girls that the women's bathroom is poorly constructed and one of the faucets was turned sideways.
