Absolutely horrible. Order your pizza and be prepared to wait 2 hours for it. This is the slowest pizza place I have ever ordered from. They told me they LOST my order. How do you lose an order for pizza?
Tried to order pizza by phone and kept getting hung up on. Stopped by two hours before closing and was told their phone didn't work and they only will take orders on line. They would not take my order in person. Strange considering they had no sign of business.
Imagine ordering from a place operated by a dozen teenagers with no work experience whose manager walked out on them on a Fri night telling them to "Hang in there. Breathe. Be polite." This manager has no business being in that position any longer.They actually did better than expected. Which isn't to say they did good because they didn't. I just expected worse.The pizza was good by cheap pizza standards. Their online ordering status/timeline system isn't remotely based in reality. But the kids were trying hard.
Truly underrated pizza. Way better that the other top chains. Domino's, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's can't even compare. The Italiano subs are amazing.
Like everywhere, they're having staffing problems. But they're up front about prep and delivery times and the pizza is just really good.
This is one of the hardest working, most efficient locations we've ordered from. Consistently fresh and accurate to our order. Props to manager handling the whole store herself on Sunday Sep 19! Taking care of business!!!
1st time we tried the crustless pizza it was so yummy and amazing. This time around absolutely no cheese on our 3 orders as if there was a shortage of cheese not sure how the crustless pizza's were made without the cheese...extremely disappointed ? Tell me if you can see any cheesy crust! NOPE we went out of our way from Oswego since we were craving this and raved to all our family and friends about how good and what a huge portion the pizza bowl was!! We will not be visiting this place again!
I like the chicken but ordered 3 things for delivery and they messed up all 3

I have ordered from this location for a while. I have to say their pizza is consistently great and their delivery is very reliable. I don't know how they maintain such consistency. Well done Marco's, well done!
