We are first time customers. Ordered beef chow mien with rice and received beef lo mien in soft noodles. Off on the wrong foot.
I can careless of this place from now on. We spend $60 for a pick up meal. Promised it will be ready in 25 mins. I drove 45 mins. It Still not ready. When, I arrived. People are lining up to either order or pick up phone order. The phone non stop ringing. One person at the counter. Taking order.Then, I help.And said to awaiting customer - “ if you’re picking up look up your meal,at the table.”It help shortened the line. Then, I waited another 20 mins after.my order is still not ready. When it finally showed up. I requested for a oil chili sauce (4) small tiny container. That you normally get when you dine in. Am being charged for .050 cents a piece. I waited-for an hr. Help customers check their order at the table. Since, the counter clerk is busy-(Due to pandemic Covid outbreak.)lots of people are doing take out. That Asian skinny guy- needs retraining. When it comes to customer service. I hope owners of this place. Read this. And makes some changes. Am not gonna be a repeat customer.nor make my followers visit this place. Btw- I have over 1M.followers.
AWESOME!! DELIVERY TO TRUCKERS!! Was unsure they would deliver to the pilot 7 miles away, no prob.Got wonderful food and the order was hot and so good! Unusual asian food on menu..seaweed soup was good and beef chop suey wonderful!! ,prices fair and I'll be glad to order again from here when I come up this way again! Yum?
This is the worst Chinese restaurant that I have ever ordered from. Do not go here! The shrimp toast was on Italian bread and was fried in rancid oil, which was hard as a rock. Then, the shrimp egg foo young had some kind of black cardboard in it. The Mongolian shrimp had someone’s hair in it. What the heck???The manager, Dong, wouldn’t even provide a credit for my order even after he made me bring some of the food back, which I told him I had to dig it out of the garbage. I did save the hair and cardboard piece on a napkin for him to see. Very poor customer service. I am thoroughly disgusted after this.
We were visiting the Joliet area due to a funeral and afterwards we were hungry and tried The Lucky Bamboo. The food was delicious, as it is so hard to get good Asian food, I would highly recommend this restaurant. We had the food delivered they told us 45 minutes but was there in 33. The portions were well priced and the quality top notch. The empty were very nice and courteous.When we are out in this area we will definitely order again.
They have the best Chinese food in the area! Always fresh and hot!
Do not eat here unless you enjoy the taste of vinegar. Very heavy use in all the food I had. Orange chicken tasted like vinegar, chicken fried rice was bland, dumplings were soft inside like the meat was minced. Dipping sauce for dumplings was a straight up cup of vinegar. It may be good for others, but for me this is a big no in the future
I ordered fried wontons and got basically chips because there was NOTHING in them. Not even cream cheese. I called the restaurant and he said sorry. NOT AGAIN!
I have been here many many times, and was never disappointed. Their prices are very affordable. Service here is quick and easy. Even during COVID the food is still tasting great as always. I 100% Recommend this place! We'll be back for more. Give it a try.
I have to say, that I used to be an ardent customer of Great Wall of China. Luckily for me they are closed for a week. I gave your restaurant a try. I was very pleased with my Lunch choices. So many variety of foods! Now I am your new ardent customer.
