This is the 2nd time they don't listen. Once before I ordered 2 famous bowl with extra gravy. I didn't get extra gravy. I got easy gravy. I tried again today. I ordered 2 famous bowls, one regular and one spicy and said heavy gravy on both. They did it on the spicy and no gravy on the regular which was mine. I am livid. Erika don't listen. I'm done with them.
Poor Customer Service Food is of poor quality. Ordered a two piece dark given two piece white. Ordered honey barbque wings given spicy drumetts an expensive poor experience with a 30 minute wait that included a 15 minute wait for requested honey barbque wings. Went through drive thru Im done with KFC how does a chain resturant mess up food? It should be good its a franchise! They had coupons for June on the window in April when you ask for that which you see advertised they say oh that does start until June yet another example of a poorly ran chain resturant.
Pulled up at 9:31 p.m. and no one is answering the drive-thru.The internet and the sign on the door says open till 10:00 everyday.I see people walking around inside and they see me but they don't acknowledge me.
This place is so unorganized, the manager needs some training. Staff and crew need some training on GMPs this place is nasty. Manager Erika working the register then working the food pack line without washing hands!!! Line of people complaining about missing items. Crew members can’t seem to work together. Just stay away dirty!!
Every time I go to this KFC, they do not have any chicken.You can not wait for the chicken, they say they don’t have any chicken at all available to be made.Sometimes they will say they have chicken strips or chicken nuggets. But no fried chicken.
Terrible service at this location we ordered chicken a week ago online for Christmas eve when we went to pick up the rude staff refused to give us chicken not only that but we prepaid and we showed them our bank account she said she didn't receive our order from the portal and told us to call the help desk which should be her job anyway the staff is horrible we won't be visiting that location again, I even had the emails that our chicken was ready 20 PC for Xmas eve. I suggest they look at their poor management and staff there.
Always hot and fresh, this location could use some cleaning though
I was standing in line to order , the girl taking orders had braids in her hair past her rear end. Just as I was thinking God knows where those braids have been I saw one go into the gravy she got for the lady in front of me. Talk about gross and unsanitary!!! I left and won't be going back.
This was one of the better experiences as the person was polite and service was quick, but I ordered an extra large corn with the family meal that I was charged for but never received. The three stars are because when I tried calling the restaurant to have the corn cost reimbursed no one answered the phone - frustrating.
We put in a large order and they did a great job of getting it right.
