Definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area. I absolutely love their chow mein, fried rice, egg rolls, and crab rangoons. The service is really solid; they do a good job of picking up calls and processing orders as fast as possible. I often call in, and sometimes I have to wait a minute while they're taking other calls, but they generally handle this pretty efficiently. I would absolutely recommend Hong Kong Cuisine to anyone looking for a tasty and affordable meal with wonderful ambience!
Ordered here a couple times and each time the service is very fast. When I come to pick up the food, it is ready before I arrive in 20 minutes. The shrimp fried rice and general tso chicken are some favorites. Egg rolls are just okay - but even the managers son agreed and said a new recipe is in the works. New owner Brenda is friendly and helpful each time. Will keep coming back!
Chop suey again which was very tough the meat was not tender at all. I also received a replacement egg rolls because the prior egg rolls were burnt. This egg roll was just as bad as the pryot it was tough you couldn't even pull them apart it was so tough it was overcooked. I will not go back to this place again the quality is not there I'm
The food we ordered was absolutely awful. There was a time their food was decent but now this is the worst food experience i have ever had. My sweet and sour pork was unbelievably over cooked and it had chicken mixed in. The worst part was there was a plastic piece of something in my food. I'm just grateful i didn't swallow it. My beef fried rice was overly greasy and tasted awful. Everything tasted microwave. One of the worst parts was when i went to eat my spring roll and it was overcooked and raw on the inside. All the dough on the inside was chewy and undercooked. Their food is clearly not fresh and there is an obvious over use of the microwave. I will never eat there again.
Luncheon special is good. Half the time no one answers the phone. Dumplings look like they’re seared on a grill rather than boiled for some reason. They also recently added a $1 credit card fee. This place used to be so much better.
Usually pretty good food but very hard to get through to if you're trying to call and place an order for pickup or delivery. Called 4 times this evening during business hours and no one answered any of the calls. We would order more often if they had a voicemail stating they were closed during usual open times, or if they had a backup person to answer the phone to take orders.
We have been ordering from Hong Kong for many years and in the recent months (yes I know Covid) is making an excuse for everyone. I just paid over 50$ for food. Mongolian Beef literally had like 4 pieces of beef and basically was a container of sauted onions. My chicken Lo Mein was noodles and green peppers, had less than a handful of chicken. They have really dropped the quality of food.
We have ordered here a few time before and loved it... went this past weekend and quality has slipped.. Order combo lo-mein and got sick off of it. They charge an extra dollar to use a credit card so keep that in mind. For us not worth the drive anymore.
Food always make my family sick haven't ordered in years
Always great food and great prices
