DO NOT ORDER from this RESTAURANT!(Location)I have eaten at and ordered from the other Habenaro's and enjoyed the food.My family ordered Pick-Up from this location today.The food was COLD.The chicken was DRY.The steak was hard & like rubberThe tortillas were ripped, so everything fell out of the burritos.The Tacos were so bad my 20yr sons would NOT eat them.The guacamole had NO SPICE.The enchilada was EXTREMELY Small.WASTE OF MONEY!!!!(We are still hungry)If you don't believe this review, order from a service that will give your money back. Then, you won't be as disappointed as I am.
Excellent customer service and the food even more excellent. Never a disappointment with this particular place. I highly recommended their food
I give it 2 stars only because I have had worse. But that doesn’t mean it’s any good. Anything steak that you order here is not clean steak pieces as you would expect. It’s full of hard pieces of fat and it’s cheap tasteless meat, not skirt steak or anything good. The horchata!!! omg this place stingy AF! I basically bought a large cup of ice filled to the rim. Horrible! I cant believe the amount of ice they gave us. They will try to give you as little amount of ingredients as they possibly can. The thinest pieces of avocado, and one order had ONE CRUMB of queso fresco. I will never ever be back and I hope anyone considering entering this place goes down the road a little further to Burrito Parrilla or to Taco Dale in Bolingbrook. Habanero is flavorless, cheaply prepared food. What a joke!
Terrible customer service.I ordered a burrito with 3 ingredients. I'm lactose intolerant so I asked for chicken, avacado, and rice ONLY. The girl repeated it to me on the phone and I also asked when I picked it up if it was just the 3 ingredients. I get to my car and it has cheese, tomato, lettuce, and what looked like MAYONNAISE all over it.We went back in to show them the mistake and very clearly specified that I only wanted the 3 ingredients. I get home this time and under my 3 ingredients is a massive layer of thick cheese. At that point I just opened it up to eat the top ingredients and the chicken was dried out and extremely salty. All of my rice was stuck to the cheese so I didn't get to eat any of that.My husband's order had none of the ingredients he ordered in it. His tacos were just dry meat on corn shells. We will never go back and we definitely DON'T recommend this place :(
Will never order from this place again. Forgot to give delivery driver my nachos and cebollitas. Then when our food arrived it was all dumped over. They didn't care about forgetting to give the driver the rest of my order and said I can come get. They should have offered to bring the rest of the food to us.
If I could write this place less than one star I would. First of all the food was ice cold when i waiting for it after i ordered through doordash pickup. The enchiladas lacked any type of sauce, chicken inside tasted like mush and not even edible. The beans were runny to the point you couldn’t even distinguish the beans within what appeared to be “bean water.” I also had chicken fajitas, the chicken was dried out and tasted like cardboard. I cannot believe this place gets an average of 4 stars.NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING, THIS PLACE SHOULD AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. SAVE YOUR CASH.Go to “Habanero Fine Mexican Cuisine” which is further down 59, way better pricing, service, and quality.Im disgusted.
Ordered 2 super burritos that came with a bunch of lettuce and only a few pieces of meat. Nothing but a rip off! I won't be ordering again!
The service was excellent And the burrito is outstanding
Had food delivered through door dash. Food was cold, soggy, and so salty we couldn’t eat it. On top of that all of our burritos came with ground beef when one was supposed to come with steak.
Awesome place!! I love the tostadas here. The service is super and fast!!
