If I could give this place 0 stars I most certainly would. The last two times I’ve attempted to order takeout here have been terrible experiences. From the customer service to the food to the sanitation. This last visit takes the cake. I ordered a small fried rice with bean sprouts only amongst other items. Upon checking my food before I left, I noticed a piece of thread in my rice; it was sticking up right out of all the rice & sprouts. A white thin thread not even the circumference of the ball point of a pen. I know the difference between fabric & food so instead of going back and forth, I asked for a refund of that specific item. The woman at the register proceeded to try & convince me what I was seeing was a bean sprout; becoming visibly aggravated and rude. I asked again for a refund for that one item, she goes on a rant about how she will make a note for my account because we always have issues when we come there. LOL. There is only one time other than tonight in which I have had an issue with them; but these times are truly gut wrenching. This place is unsanitary, the employees are rude, and the food gives you stomach aches after consumption. Will never get my coins again.
I ordered first time from here and oh my goodness , the amount of salt rice and the chicken and garlic dish had, it was so overpowering I couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites. Disappointed
If I could give them 0 stars I would! Horrible customer service!! I ordered vegetable egg rolls and instead of them giving me veggie eggrolls I received the pork rolls. Which as a vegetarian of 10 years I was extremely disgusted & disappointed since I drove 20 mins to come there. I call and they said they will give me a credit which I was okay with even tho I was really looking forward to the eggrolls. So a couple weeks later I call to redeem my credit & my phone couldn't make the call as if I was block. So right after I call with my boyfriends phone and it rings perfectly fine, but before I went to the assumption I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just let them know I'll like to redeem my credit. They instantly became hostile & tried telling me I'm lying. Saying I never ordered her before etc. so rude I just wanted veggie eggrolls and was going to place a big family order !! Be careful doing business with them
Spicy beef lo main, quite good, lots of meat, but there was no onions or cabage, which would complete it perfectly. I don't know why? Onions and cabbage are cheap.
This usually our go to spot when we need something quick. We spend over $50 each order. I ask for extra hot oil and they still want to charge for something so inexpensive, so petty. 50 cent for condiment is to much to throw in bag?
We order from this restaurant all the time and unfortunately we just had horrible experience for the first time.The Mongolian beef we ordered has the most unbelievably disgusting and rancid smell. Maybe check your food before going all the way back home.
Just picked up orange chicken and Triple Delight. Disappointed on both. The orange chicken looks like left over from lunch special, dry and tasteless. Frozen from Costco is much better. Triple Delight is too much liquid and black sauce. I had to dive in to catch some shredded chicken, shrimps and bbq pork. These are orange chicken photo and compare what I got with menu online.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! This is terrible food. Rice is dry, chicken is burnt, and when I picked up my order the cleanliness of the business was questionable.

My family ordered the lunch specials for takeout sauce very watery and one of us had a round plastic wrapper in our food. Management said they would make us another one....no thanks.
