I just went to pick up my pizza after I ordered and paid online, and they said they had no record of my order even though I paid for it. I ordered from the correct location just like I always do a few times a month, but nope. They claimed to not have my order. Even better, they expected me to pay again if I wanted to reorder the pizza!!!!! The man I spoke with was totally condescending and talking down to me like I was a child. He got loud with me and didnt even act like he was sorry for what happened.This place has awful service, and I'm sad because I love their pizza. I will never be going here again. I have bought so many pizzas from this place, and I was treated horribly. I wish I could give this place zero stars.
Ordered deep dish pepperoni , onion and green pepper and a thin crust sausage, onion and green pepper. I'm more of a deep dish guy , but I enjoyed both pizzas. We didn't try any apps or salads, so I can't comment on those. Service was excellent as well. Will definitely go back.
Maddy was the best waitress ever! She put up with ALL my dad's stories and jokes. And the pizza was great too! My fiance and I will definitely be coming back!
Great service, tasty Italian food. I went for the deep dish, but was also enticed by their lasagna.This was my first introduction to deep dish and I think I picked the best place. The sauce and "topping" flavors melded nicely. There was a nice cheese pull coming from the middle of the slice. It was interesting to notice how confused my tongue was by the order of the layers. Overall definitely worth with the wait.Their meat lasagna is a reliable classic done right. It came with soft warm bread and it paired nicely with their special salad.The service was friendly and attentive. The whole staff seemed to enjoy doing their jobs well.
Not bad. Not great. It was my first time ever having Giordanos, so I was pretty hyped up, and well it was kinda underwhelming. The thin crust had very little sauce. It was almost like eating cheese bread. The famous Deep Dish was decent, but far from the best in Chicago. Probably not even in my top 10, tbh.The flavors are kinda just "meh". I'd buy it again, but probably no more than once every few years or so..
My sister and I had a really enjoyable dining experience at Giordano's we had the best waitress Tasha she was so efficient and so kind she is definitely top notch we will definitely come back ??☺️
So disappointed, my heart shaped deep dish pizza and wings were delivered very cold. Didn't like that the wings were served by the pound. Was told there would only be about 8 wings and recieved five little wings drowned in sauce! Im sure they were very busy that day for Valentines but if you pay for delivery your food should at least be hot!!
Just recently ordered a deep dish pizza and it was completely different than what I was used to getting from Giordanos. The bottom crust was paper thin. The back crust was half as thick as is used to be. I was basically eating cheese. I love how much cheese they put on their pizza but with barely any crust it sucks. It was so bad none of wanted to even finish eating the pizza. I called to complain and was told this is the new way they are going to be making their pizza. I will definitely not be ordering from them again. It was so bad.
A very good example of Chicago deep dish pizza, highly recommend.
Enjoyed the personal pizza. I think the employees should ask you want kind of salad dressing you want. I didn't know the salad came with lemon poppyseed and when I asked for ranch and was charged extra because they had already packaged my order.
