Might have just become my favorite pizza in the area. Our family loves dining in there. Nothing fancy, but a great place to order a slice or a whole pie. This time we ordered an 18” thin crust for dine in and the crust was so good! Very light and crispy crust for their thin crust pizza. Lots of different specials there every day and a large selection of different items to eat. I’ve never had anything but the pizza, but their other food looks great too. Highly recommended pizza and their staff is super friendly too!
Having been to the romeoville location where everything is amazing we decided to try the one closer to us in Plainfield. We ordered online 2 subs and onion rings. When we got home my turkey sub was an Italian sub and my wife’s sub was missing condiments. They also need work on wrapping subs because everything was falling out when i opened it. My sub was good, the onion rings were good. My wife’s was obviously dry without the dressings. We will try again but order there and definitely check the bag before we leave.
Just not impressed. Both my girl and I were sick to our stomachs the night after eating here for about two days. The pizza is on the greasy side. Took a little over 20 mins for 2 slices because they had run out. Going off the reviews I figured worth the wait. I mean pizza is one of those love it or hate it kinda things and everyone has their own preferences. I don't like heavy grease and for me that ruined the flavor.
OMG! What tremendous food! Had the bucatini which was perfect! Everything we've had from them is terrific. Order from there, you won't regret it...

Fat Ricky's has been doing business in Chicago's south suburbs since 1963 and its Old World, authentic Italian cuisine has been satisfying customers in Tinley Park, Romeoville and Plainfield. A friend invited my wife and I to the location at 13717 South U.S. Route 30 in Plainfield, in the Plainfield Small Business Park. Open from 2 to 9 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and 11 to 10 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, it offers pasta, pizza, burgers, hot dogs, chicken, beef and sausage and deli submarine sandwiches. Honestly, I wasn't a fan of subs until I was persuaded to sample Ricky's versions. Love the meatball sub with homestyle meatballs with marinara sauce and provolone, the Italian sub with imported salami, capicola, mortadella and provolone and the Americano with Virginia ham, salami, mortadella and American cheese. My wife was delighted with the turkey sub with oven roasted turkey breast and Swiss cheese. We started with bowls of chili with home-style chili, cheddar cheese and diced onions and and order of pizza bread. I couldn't resist a Vienna all-beef Chicago style hot dog on a steamed poppyseed bun with mustard, relish, diced onion, tomatoes, kosher pickle, celery salt and sport peppers. Definitely in a class with any I've tasted in the Chicago area, which prides itself on Chicago style hot dogs. Italian beef, chili dogs and Maxwell Polish also are highly recommended. How about a burger--quarter-pound, half-pound, three-quarter pound for one pound--made with a hand-made combination of USDA Choice chuck, shortrib and brisket? You won't leave hungry from Fat Ricky's.
Food is okay, but if you want to grab a quick bite don’t not come here it took them over 20min to make a single burger.
I enjoy their cheese fries and the pizza is really good get the double dough it's better. Their beef sandwiches are okay could use a little bit more spice on it. But they're baked mustachioli is wonderful well cooked well prepared well seasoned. I tell you to come and check out at Ricky's for really good food!
My order was over 60 minutes late and I got a cheap version of Country Casserole with regular red sauce and cut up pieces of chicken tenders! Yuck
Just tried to order food from the Plainfield location. They said they don’t deliver to Joliet even though I ordered online it allowed me to do it and we are basically Plainfield on Caton Farm and Ridge by Plainfield South High school. Also I had ordered and they delivered to my house just a couple of weeks ago. Edit your boundaries so people know if they can order or not. You can’t be able to sometimes.
