Ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts, a glazed donut, and a jelly donut off doordash and they gave me 3 strawberry with sprinkles and a jelly donut. Maybe learn how to read your orders better. Im positive its not that difficult.
I order 6 chocolate frosted cake donuts ? again I revived 6 chocolate frosted donuts, is annoying ,then I called them to let them know ,the kid on the phone said that I was wrong that they never had any chocolate frosted cake donuts, make me doubt I been buying them for years ,I google them and yes ,that's the correct name ,and I wasted 6 donuts ? not the first time this happens
Staff is VERY friendly and kind. But the hashbrowns I got weren't even hot, the least you can do is mic it a few beforehand. Have been here a few times and the food, donuts aside, is just usually not that great or worth the price being paid.
Second time we’ve ordered Carmel iced coffees to get Carmel-less iced coffees. Initially the struggle began with an order of 2 Carmel iced coffees and 25 chocolate munchkins. Perhaps the confusion of munchkin stock was responsible? In any case it’s important to listen to the order and deliver the order placed. Thanks. Here’s to hope for next time.
I always order the same thing and no matter what, my latee is ALWAYS inconsistent. Times that I pay extra for flavor and still taste bitter. Another time adding a BUNCH of whip cream because they didn't fill the latte where it should as if I can't see the noticeably less coffee I received. And in general just never tasting consistent. Such a disappointment to finally have a dunkin so close but still going out my way because I'm sick of wasting money and throwing away coffee.
Yesterday I bought donuts that were at least 2 days old, today I returned them and my manager claims that they change them every day, which is a lie.

I ordered coffee 12 minutes before I showed up because they are usually slow and it was not ready. No apology when I asked to cancel it, just an ok like they do not care about their customers. Never again!
Horrible serviceThey took our order thru the drive thru never came to the window. As I waited, I see people walking by and ignoring my calls. Poor management, no one answers the phone.
