They always hook me up, never had a bad experience.
We are a local veteran nonprofit organization and we reached out to to this location to ask of they works donate 4 boxes of Joe and the owner Nittany said he be happy to do that. I called 3 times to follow up and spoke to the manager who was possibly the rudest human being on the planet. She said she gave him my message but that's all she could do. And he's very busy because he owns 15 Dunkins. He never got back to me, so on Thursday y Oct.9th we had to scramble to get coffee donated!! Thank you Starbucks and Black Dog Coffee Cafe for being charitable to the community. I'll NEVER come here again. And I hope I can get a list of this owners other 14 stores so I don't spend my money there.
Talk about disorganized. Took almost 5 minutes to get 2 hot chocolates and some munchkins.
New location, they are always fast and polite and I haven’t had a wrong or poorly made order yet. Great job!
We were the Only ones in there. Slow service. Exterminator walking through and whispering to the owner. Not a pleasant experience.

Went there to support the Police fund raiser, but they were not at this location. Ordered $70.+, then the employee said she put as cash and no one knew how to change it to credit card or debit card. Luckily, I just happened to have come from the bank.

Probably the worst location I have ever been too. Eh oh I drink dunkin daily. Literally ran by teenage kids who don’t care about customer service
Went to this location this morning approximately 8:45-9:55am. Once I got my coffee I seen that there was a mistake. I informed the girl working the window and she was very rude by brushing me off by trying to say I was wrong. I finally told her to have them make me a different coffee. I spoke to another worker who was making the coffee to verify my order. The other associate made my coffee. The manager who was male seemed upset at me and in a poor demeanor wanted me to park and wait in the main entrance. I did not like how I was poorly treated by the the girl workin the window and that Manager. Very poor service. I am disappointed and very disgusted!I will never give this place my business and will be sure to inform friends and family to never visit this location. No one should ever be treated like garbage.
