Never got any service after the food arrived. We sat for at least 20 minutes waiting for our server Amanda to stop talking to other servers to pay attention to us to get a box and the bill. Overall the food was good but because of Amandas lack of service we will not be back.
This was the nastiest chili’s I’ve ever been to, from where I was seated by the bar I can easily see that no cooks where’s gloves, they use the same dirt towel to wipe literally everything, they never wash their hands when handling food it’s so gross, you might wanna pick a good seat to see if the cooks are not wearing gloves because they were not both times I visited and it will be the last the manager Jeff told me numerous times that my food was on the way, then next thing you notice , it takes 30min for a medium steak
I was a bit disappointed the young server could not even be bothered to make eye contact with me when ordering my food, a woman, yet easily made eye contact with my partner - no idea why some women behave like that! I find it rather un-professional. She preferred to talk about some University courses with her fellow servers rather than check on us, or me to ask if I want my drink re-filled. Normally I do not finish my drink, but on this occasion I was rather thirsty after a hectic week. We had as usual, the steak/shrimp fajitas and my partner had the combo, both great as usual. On the downside, we passed as we arrived and as we left, near the kitchen (on the way to the toilet to wash our hands) and both times I noticed several big pieces of chips on the kitchen floor - come on people, keep your kitchen clean!!!! An inspection might have closed the restaurant. Also, as it was lunch time the place became rather busy with anything from a young couple doing some hip hop versing at the table near us besides kicking the table to keep the rhythm to some kids screaming their lungs out - we did not encounter this during our travels, I guess it reflects the area this restaurant is located in.
This place flipping blows. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. I highly recommend that you go here… if you want to contract covid. The minute you step foot in this place you get hit with a sniff of puke from the bathroom. CHIPS AND SALSA IS MID AT BEST. But over all I woild give a 5/10. The only good thing about this place is how empty it is because no one wants to get food poisoning. If you ever want to get a horrible tasting burger… come to chilis. This place was awful I was placed at a table with nasty trash all over the floor. It took over 45 minutes for someone to take my order and my food was way over cooked . The electronic device placed on the table to order food was broken and dirty . I would definitely not recommend this place and never would I go back the owner or manager of this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves
Not too busy so short staff was able to handle capacity.
Good food but seems staff is struggling with needing more people. Pick up orders are slow.
Today was an epic fail. I did curbside pick up and had to wait an hour for food that was not cooked properly and was cold. The kid taking out everyone’s food was kind and pleasant but when they tried to send me on my way with only half my order management failed. Instead of addressing the issue with me they put it on this very young kid who was in no position to help me. They did try to substitute the missing item with something else and I declined it because it wasn’t something I liked. Then they still ended up giving me the item I said no to. I understand staffing issues, I understand being very busy, but when the manager doesn’t come out and try to address a bad situation it is inexcusable.
I come here perhaps a little too often and have never had a bad experience. The staff is amazingly friendly and very accommodating. Today, I felt like leaving a review because I just ordered the Tito’s punch. This fruity-and-a-little-coconuty-heaven-sent-shaken-creation tastes just like vacation. I can hear the steel drums now…….thank heaven it doesn’t have rum in it, the managers would probably come out and offer to braid my hair for the full tropical vacation experience. Haha
