April 2022 we shared the platter of ultimate nachos w cilien guacamole. Ordered boneless wings desert heat and parmesan garlic. Great flavors. Our hostess Kelly was friendly n fast.June 2022 ultimate nachos w chilin the best onion rings iv had. We tried the boneless wings jamming jalapeno sauce- just a little bit of heat. Emily our hostess was fast n friendly. Not a fan of the digital menu. When I sit down I want to hold a menu.
Had a terrible experience the last 3 times we have been. 15 minutes before anyone took our drinks order and only did as we were standing up to leave ! Food took ages to arrive and ordered boneless wings for the kids and got bone in. The waitress was doing her best but seemed overwhelmed hence not listening to our order. Food was edible but not line it used to be. Been going to this Buffalo for 15 + years but unfortunately will not be going back...... 3 strikes
I normally do take out from Buffalo wild wings but on this particular visit I ate in. Service was excellent. Wings were very good and better than previous takeout visits. Only negative was that they served my four different flavored wings on one large tray so after a while the sauce is started to mix together. This was the first time I had seen that and would have preferred them to be served separately. Also, celery and carrots are no longer included when you order wings they are an extra cost. When you order wings they are an extra cost.
I honestly don’t know what happened to this place as I always seem to love going to BWW but unfortunately this particular location was terrible! I was very disappointed with my order and the service was shabby. My daughters were the ones suggesting that we come here as they had a taste for wings for lunch. The table at the booth was sticky so I had to request the table to be wiped down. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and 15 boneless Buffalo wings with 2 things of celery and carrots, large fries, and 2 cokes and a strawberry lemonade. The mozzarella sticks were just mediocre like cafeteria food and the Parmesan garlic wings were so overcooked that my 8 year old daughter and myself couldn’t even stab a fork thru it! To top it all off my waitress was m.i.a. and I had to flag down another guy to get a refill on my strawberry lemonade. That was unacceptable. You have one job! Rule of thumb always make sure the customers get their drinks filled. Always. The waitress finally showed up after chitchatting with her other coworkers and I told her that the wings were over cooked and so they had the manager come over to our table. He opted for another order for us but I said “No”. I just simply wanted it taken off my bill and I wanted to leave. After we paid for the remainder of the bill my girls and I went to the ladies bathroom which by the way needed attention as every single toilet was clogged up with toilet paper and you get the idea….to make a long story short I don’t think I’ll be back here any time soon. Never had any complaints about any other locations around the area just this location needs to really “bring it” if they intend to stay around in this so called vacant strip mall area.
The food is good. The wings are juicy and full of flavor. The reason I'm giving this a 2 is because of the bartender. At least during the day, if your not a regular customer they will ignore you for the regulars until they're served; then they will take care of you. On the other hand, the reason that I'm giving this a 2 and not a 1 is because of how nice the bartender was. She literally ignored me for all of the regulars which she knew all of there names but when she finally paid attention to me she was very nice. Probably won't eat here again but I might order it to go so I don't have to wait.
Bonless chicken came with a stripped bone inside the box of our to-go order. We didn't eat that one, but our other order was unusually dry, and the slaw looked odd. We normally love BWW, but I don't know what happened tonight.
This place makes you wait 55 minutes just to find out they can’t get orders correct- service sucks, Managment can’t manage a bathroom. I had to tell the girl in takeout that I did not want a refund , I do not want extra food - I had to tell her twice because apparently once was not enough. If I had not already paid for my food with a tip, I would have just left. The only refund I would have accepted was the tip. But I let her keep her tip even though she did not deserve a penny.
The server was great Cassidy was amazing it’s not her fault! Every table in the bar was absolutely disgusting. Every knife in the wrapping paper was extremely dirty. Spoke with the manager showed her everything she agreed. Food came in and was cold let her know it was cold she took it back with almost no answers with an attitude!! Very disappointed in this experience.
Olivia is hands down the best bartender in the area ! I'm not much of a drinker but baby when I asked for a long Island, that drink took me to the islands. When she suggested a long BEACH? I felt like my toes should have been in the sand . SO GOOD !! Highly recommend ! Be sure to ask for Olivia for your drinks you will not be disappointed!
Plenty of spicy and non-spicy menu options. fast service And plenty of screens to catch your favorite sport makes this location great.
