Absolutely horrible..we were parked for our order..which is no big deal...but our food was taken to another car...that car took the food back inside. I knew they would try to bring me that same food so I went in after the lady from the other car. Explained what happened and they tried to hand me the same bags! I said Absolutely not since it was went through by another person...one of the workers asked if she could throw away the food...makes me wonder how many times they hand out food again that was mistakenly handed out. 99%of the workers there seemed to be higher than kites..they def need better management or something there...it was the stoned leading the stoned...Absolutely horrible

This place offers a good sandwich selection but they are under staffed and the wait is longer than I prefer to wait. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.
We never received our Cheese sticks or Large coke after ordering online and our confirmation shows it in our receipt. Also they didn’t put an sauce in our order even when I asked for extra. When we called store 4 times in a row no one answers.
Last few times I've gone here the food has been old, dry, and hard. Or there are things missing from my order. The staff was rude and unprofessional and it left a bad taste in my mouth just like the food did. Will not be going back to this location. Disappointed because I used to love Arbys.
I literally just pulled away from their establishment. I ordered a large fry with cheese. The cheese taste burnt as heck and the fries were old and must have been dipped in the grease to get hot again. They taste like salt and grease.
Nice ppl but they charge way too much for extra ingredients. An entire dollar just to add some lettuce and tomato to a sandwich.
I ordered a classic beef and cheddar....see photo. Apparently they changed their recipe.
They need reading lessons. I ordered a chicken club wrap with NO LETTUCE AND NO ONIONS. The receipt said so. When I got home, THE WRAP HAD BOTH.
