The girl at the register has no business dealing with the customers. She has the demeanor of a rock. Wendy's should train their managers better on how to place their employees.
It's busy and I get it. Please get better staffing. There was a puddle by the drink station, tables and floors are not clean.

Food was ok but restaurant was very dirty, both in the cooking area and the dining room. Had we noticed before we ordered, we would have left.
Every time I go here I spend 30-45 minutes in the drive -thru. That’s the only bad part. Other then the wait time it’s good! ?

They food is consistant, but they are often so busy, and backed up I once spent 30 minutes in their drive though line. I am not even being dramatic as I was on the phone with my mom, and she was fairly impressed with the amount of time spent. Though sadly after spending that amount of time in line, I was given the wrong food order. Over all the food is always consistent, but I am sure the people inside could use more hands on deck to help them out.
Went to the Peoria location today, 4/14/22, at about 3:00. Ordered a bacon and cheese potatoes. I'm not sure how long that potatoes had been in the hot box, but the skin was so tough, I couldn't cut it with a steak knife! I buy the potatoes because I enjoy eating the entire thing! Worst food I've ever gotten from that store, and that's saying something, because it's not the first time!
Only go here if you plan to wait for a while in the drive through, the average wait time that I've experienced meant I would have gotten food faster if I drove to the Bloomington Wendys instead of waiting in the drive thru line here. The staff has always been friendly despite all of the long waits I've had here.
Drive thru was quick, but be sure to check your entire order as items can be missing, which means you have to go request it again and waste additional time. Room for improvement.
