Worst service ever the worker dropped our cups and still used them he did not wear gloves he snatched the money out of my hand, the drinks he made were horrible and tasted freezer burnt we just threw them away and the coke slushy was very flat and nasty. We will not be back andWE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN ANY WAY.
Few nice stores, limited food service that is of mediocre quality. Restrooms aren't just dirty from a busy day but has a long term buildup of filth. There appears to be a good amount of loitering youth just hanging out Appears unsafe..
The Northwoods Mall is decent place for shopping. Sometimes, unsupervised teens hang out there, which caused some people to question the mall. Still, I would prefer to see teens hanging out in a mall rather than gang banging, selling drugs, and in the streets up to no good. I have lived in Miami, Florida, so I am aware of very nice shopping locations, but I have shopped at the Northwoods Mall many times and had very pleasant experiences. Every year, my church and my sorority ring the Salvation Army bells so we have interacted with kind people of all ages there. The Smo-King Pit Restaurant has delicious food and friendly service every time. I will continue to shop, eat, sit, and drink Gloria Jean coffee in Northwoods Mall.
If i could give it a -5 I would. The selection was TERRIBLE, the service SUCKED, it was overpriced for the "quality" and the size of the place was pathetic. I would NEVER do business there EVER AGAIN.
Sears might as well close up. It was deserted. No Customers or employees. Macy's did close up. JC Penny is still there. It was jam packed with merchandise. Everything was on sale at JC Penny but their sale prices were closer to what the regular prices should have been. The mall really doesn't have a place to eat. Just places to get snacks like coffee or pretzels. Unfortunately I recommend skipping the mall.
Seriously don't go after dark! Not safe. Unfortunate because some main chain stores are here. Security Step Up!
Do yourself a favor and drive past this mall is extremely ghetto young punks just walking around not buying nothing just in the way taking up space only 1 restaurant in the whole darn mall dried out yucky Chinese food a take off of panda express euwww all the other food places where empty and closed down bathrooms where smelly and filthy what a disappointment left after 20 minutes even the girl who worked there said it is trashy and ghetto .smh
Not great...they didn't have any soft-serve going, and only a very limited amount of the hand-scooped flavors available at 3:30 in the afternoon. What we had tasted ok, but the selection was the biggest disappointment.
