Slow very very slowWent for the drive thru after 20 minutes and still two cars back gave up and drove awayOther cars drove off also

Not a chance I will ever go to this subway again.1st time: Drive Thru sign on, car in front of me waiting. We sat for 5 minutes or so, and the guy said no one is in the shop. (It was around 7pm)2nd time: We have no meat. Yep, that is what he said.3rd and final time today! I sat again at the drive thru......you know waiting. again. I said hello? and finally he got on. I had to repeat my order 3 times. Not a very hard order as I didn't put any vegetables on it for fear that they would mess it up. Well, he did anyway. not really sure how many times I can repeat the same order, but three is not enough.Three times however, is enough for me. I am shocked that this place has a higher rating.Hard Pass.

This Subway on Willow Knolls Road is the best!!! We had a team lunch and ordered 16 boxes lunches - went into pay for them and pick up gift cards - both employees were so helpful and nice. We pick up the boxed lunches the next day and we find a message on each box - this was the best and totally made our day!!! Great job!!!!

I ordered 16 boxed lunches for a work meeting and the Subway staff took the time to write cute little spring/Easter quotes and jokes on each box! It was so fun and thoughtful. Thank you for putting a smile on our faces during our hectic work day!

You guys need to do a better job with wrapping up the sandwich

Just ordered a BLT and got a bacon sandwich. I called to inquire where the L and T where and Owen informed me I didn't order L OR T. I had to explain to Owen what a BLT sandwich was because he is not aware. He accused me of not using the app correctly I ordered through drive thru. Guess I know now why this location never has a line. I asked for the owner's phone number and Owen said he doesn't have one. So perhaps the owner is just as incompetent as the people he employs.

Today, worker took payment then without changing his gloves, stuck hands into olives, lettuce and every single topping.I asked him and he was honest enough to say he didn't change his gloves before reaching in a touching all the toppings in the bins.I'm not sure how long he had been wearing those gloves and how much cash he handled before handling my food.Kudos to him for being honest...butNow that I'm home I'm going to throw the sandwich away.I'm usually too lazy to review but a secondary and "not the worst" issue: Usually the place is super super slow on the drive thru at 6pm and their headset doesn't work so you have to say the order several times.It is sketchy ...but the dirty gloves ...I think I'm done with subway and their bins.The veggies are fresh but....so are the previous guy's germs.***Update: went back a week later since my kids like the food. Same worker...he got new gloves before touching food. Awesome! My verbal comment helped.I'm still not eating there though ... I dont trust what happens when other workers are there, their training process, or if that worker knows I'm not the one in the drivethru.
