Subway

I had placed an order at this Subway. I had went to the Campus Town Subway by mistake. Years ago there was a Subway near Jefferson, and Main St. I didn't know this Subway is near Main St and Globe St. By the time I had gotten off the next bus, and had found my way to this Subway it was around 16:06. I had placed my order for a free bag of chips which was only good for 17 Sept. '21.

The night shift staff do not have the education and the necessary customer service, they do it in a bad mood and in a despotic way as if they were doing us a favor and they do not realize that what is bought there they have their salary I am upset about the despot form especially today 06 23 21 we were attended by a woman very reluctantly, I did not pay attention to her name so I put the date and time 9 18 pm

Location on the map is wrong which cost me 10 minutes I didn't have to spare. Sandwich was delicious and fast.

Got there near five, it wasn't very busy. Prices were decent.

So I go in there today and buy a Pizza (pepperoni) sat down started to eat it and didn't like it....so i went back into the restaurant and stated that it didn't taste good and I would like to get something else (which I only took a bite of one of the slices) I was awful...so the MANAGER caught a horrible attitude about me bringing it back asked me rudely what would I like...I apologized for even disturbing her I told her I would pay the difference for anything else so I got a 6inch steak sandwich and she flung the food on the bread threw it in the oven...when it was done (with an attitude) asked me what did I want on it...told her the condiments and angrily put it together...i get people have bad days but being horribly rude to someone is unacceptable expecially for management....#FoodHorrible #CustomerServiceIsWorse...and the sandwich was nasty to.
