The quality of drinks here is usually pretty good, and the staff is very friendly, but the drive through is terrible. Not enough space for the amount of traffic coming into this location. During rush hours it is a total cluster to get in and out of this place.
A very busy Starbucks. They also seem to prioritize online and drive through orders. So if you go pick one of those. We went inside and waited 20+ minutes to get our drinks. In hindsight I would have gone to a different location. IE the one in Hyvee.
There's quite a bit of a wait for food and drinks here if you go inside to order. They seem to get your food faster to you through the drive thru. The staff was very friendly.
It's your basic Starbucks, but with a very short drive through. They can only have 3 cars in line until they're backed up into the road.
Omg. Slowest Starbucks ever. No sense of full store or drive thru with 7 people working. 30 mins and no one in line when we walked in.
Very wide selection of various flavors. Polite, courteous and attentive staff.
This Starbuck is SUPER busy and only has 2 people on drinks. Waited 5 minutes in the drive though the first day and 25 minutes (I finally asked how much longer and I think I then got moved to the front of the line) for my carryout. It was as expected quality products, but staff organization to handle the busy local could be improved.
So sorry, Worst Starbucks to ever go to. Even with preorder, this store seems to always have the worst times with drive thru, preorder or in store. I have no idea what the issue is but this is thee only store I have ever had any problems with.. I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt several times. I’ve come to this store several times because I work near the this location and have for the past 7 years. I work with service and do understand but Some serious attention needs to be taken for this store. It’s incredible sad.
The staff was friendly despite being down an espresso machine. The drive thru was a bit backed up but not any worse than most drive thrus these days. My order was correct and delicious ?
Ordered a white chocolate mocha today and it had no flavor. I have ordered from here daily so I know this isn't how it's supposed to taste. This has happened quite a bit at this location. The coffees have gone up in price and their withholding the flavoring!!!! Definitely will not come back to make any purchases from this location. Too expensive to not be satisfied with my purchase.
