Has no almond or oat milk when you ask for extra carmal they don't give you alot even though you pay 50 extra cents plus some batistas need to be trained agian because they don't make it good I'm sorry but it's true like it's not coming out of your paycheck so calm down please but I will admit they are nice but anyways ima just stick go the Starbucks on big hollow thanks!
Great service. Very friendly staff. They even cought that my drink was made wrong before they handed it to me, and then they made it fresh right away.

Great place during the evening shift, day shift makes drinks totally different. I had to have my drink remade 2x. I wanted no foam and kept getting half foam.Update: 3-3-2022 Ordered my usual after not visiting for almost a year and they were great! I requested no foam and they didn't add foam!
It was decent the coffee was actually good I didn't have to take it back. It's not 3030 or eli's but the customer service was really good.
Placed an order on the app, drove 15 minutes past my home because this location said they had what I wanted, as the 2 closer to me, were sold out....pay for my order, drive there, go in, and am told they didn't have what I wanted and had ordered. I was offered replacement items, which I didn't want, so I requested a refund, was told I'd have to call the 1-800 number....not mad but i find that odd, and also frustrating that a text or email or something can't be done via the app or something so things like this don't happen.
New post- drive thru service was excellent.Old post-Waited in line inside for 5 minutes with no movement. 11 Starbucks employees on the floor.... Walked out due to upcoming appt. Disappointed

Spent like $17 for a chai tea latte, a turkey pesto sandwich, and a slice of pecan loaf. The turkey on this sandwich is the dryest thing I've ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. The cheese is old and crusted over and stringy. Just terrible, especially for the prices charged. Friendly service is the only reason I gave 2 stars.Update: wooowww, this isn't even the pecan loaf, it's the banana nut loaf. ?
