This starbucks is amazing! I've never had a bad experience here.
Hours are wrong on Google. They close at 8. When we asked one of the 2 employees that were outside still wearing headsets, the female employee got aggressive.
Always get my order correct and remember my name.
Very slow drive thru for some reason. Mostly it's prep crew understaffed.
Love this Starbucks location. They are often busy, so I use the app to mobile order, but they make my drink better than other Starbucks in town!
The girl in the window was great! Very sweet n personable. Very refreshing to have someone try to start a conversation with u instead of awkward silence. Frappuccino was great too!
Cracker Barrel gives you a unique feeling within a restaurant that you don't get another places and it has really quality and delicious food that is in good portion size

I have been a long time fan of Starbucks, until just the other day. I have been hooked on their Pink Drinks forever. I spend $100’s of dollars a month at Prospect Rd & War Memorial Dr. I go usually 2x’s a day. After they changed the PD mix it taste like watered down bitter coconut milk. I have been told to order it different way’s. I love all of the old Barista I have came to know so well. I see a lot of new faces in there now. Well when the manager came to the window and refused to give me extra açaí base and strawberry piece’s that was it. I always order the Trenta size which is suppose to have 2 scoop’s Not 4 piece’s in it. Yes I have called and complained, but you know I’m paying almost $7.00 for a drink, plus leaving a tip and keeping their employees employed. I love the old time employees, but not so much the newer one’s. They will see their funds drop because I won’t go back. Their Americano's suck anymore as well. I refuse to pay for watered down coconut milk. Plus I refuse to take the behavior of their new manager. He wasn’t pleasant. I will post it all over Social Media if I have too. Sorry Starbucks on Prospect Rd, but you have lost a VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER because you think I need to accept your watered down Coconut Milk drink. And the behavior of your new afternoon Manager. He has NO customer service. He should have thought about that before he refused me the extra açaí base that should have been added without even asking. Attached is a açaí refresher drink that I need to throw out of my refrigerator from March 15, 2022. You couldn’t drink the watered down bitter taste of it.
When they get my drink right, it's the best.
