Jonny was great! I needed help deciding what drink I needed and they did a wonderful job helping me out.
Its always pleasant and they always make sure I'm happy with my coffee before I leave.
I stopped into this location for a business meeting this morning and I have to say this location is so clean! All the employees are smiling ear to ear! I have never really spent too much time in Starbucks... I'm more of a coffee drinker at home so I don't really know much about ordering there, lol. Allie was incredibly down to earth. I told her what I usually drink at home and she made a perfect suggestion! Extremely receptive, quick, and a lovely crew to greet you early in the morning!Thank you! ❤️
We stumbled upon this Starbucks location as we were driving through Illinois, back to Michigan. I am so glad we did! The sweetest blonde barista helped me order and customize a new drink and I LOVED IT!! Who knew I could love a drink more than my normal cold brew that I’ve been ordering (at least 3 times/week) for YEARS! She really was SO nice and pleasant and helpful. I don’t remember her name but I remember she was born in 1999? I hope you share these reviews with your employees because great people should be recognized!
Service was great but could not make the internet work at all, needed it for a meeting and the poor girl behind the counter tried so hard to help but said they couldn’t get anyone to really fix it. Staff was great. Owner/management not so much for that.
They do a great job on Macha Green tea latte's
Not only was I not asked my name for my order they just sat my coffee down without trying to get my attention or anyone for that matter when my coffee was ready

I have to say, I like Starbucks -- pretty much anywhere I visit. What is noticeable right away is usually its contemporary design and layout. This Starbucks at the corner of Main St and University St is no exception: it is very modern and spacious, the tables are nicely set and distanced, windows are large, the walls are very sharply decorated with modern paintings. Overall, soft, pastel colors dominate -- and the restaurant gives you a good feeling right away. The service was also quite polite, attentive and amiable. All the staff were wearing masks. Grande Latte was absolutely perfect and delicious. However, the food -- Sausage, Cheddar and Egg Sandwich and Cheese Danish -- didn't match the coffee and the ambiance. Everything was ordered to go -- and I enjoyed the Latte very much, indeed. This Starbucks has an excellent location, it also has a small seating area outside, where ample parking is available as well, and the views of the busy city and people can be quite amusing.
They're my favorite!
