I was shopping in Hyvee with my daughter on Saturday, Oct.30th, when she had a serious medical emergency. The Staff reacted so quickly calling an ambulance and 2 nurses shopping helped my daughter in stabilizing her until ambulance arrived. Thank you to these ladies - whom we wish we knew their names.
They really need to do something about swiping your card in the machine with the plexiglass. This is the second time I bashed my tight hand and drew blood. There is no way that you could even get your hand through there. Move the machine away from the plexiglass.
I ordered a cake for my daughter and when I picked it up it looked like nothing that I asked for. The background was white instead of the blue color I had shown them, the border was completely different, and then the writing was not spaced as requested and smooshed as well.
I went to pick up my groceries today after work, but something got mixed up and my order wasn’t ready. Instead of asking me to wait or come back later, they insisted to deliver my groceries to me for free, even when I said it really wasn’t a big deal or necessary. The Hy-Vee staff at the Orange Prairie location in Peoria went above and beyond today to correct a small inconvenience.
There have been many times that Hy-Vee has went above and beyond to help the community out. They have donated items to many different fundraisers. They have been a great addition to the neighborhood. Always greeted with a smile walking in and while checking out. Their hiring manager is doing a great job.
10/17 945 am. Waited over 10 minutes for coffee inside. Watched cars in drive thru come and go while we waited. Observed 9 workers behind counter. Finally asked where our coffee was and they said”oh, we were out of vanilla!” Waited more time asked to speak to shift manager. He said what do you want me to do? I asked him to get our coffee. He stuck two thumbs up in the air and stood there. Three or four minutes later finally got coffee. What’s happened to customer service?
