Wouldn't sell me a milkshake 20 min before close, so I just got hotdogs and cheese sticks, waited outside at the stall forever, but had already paid. 6 min after close an employee comes out and asks if we are waiting on food. Finally get food and they've turned our chilli cheese dog on its side and everything is a huge mess. First time at a sonic, and tbh probably the last.
We visited this sonic tonight for a late dinner since it’s open until 11pm. We pulled in with some other cars already there before us a couple of minutes after 10pm. Us and those around us were waiting to order when they automatically shut off the lights on us at 10:11pm. As we sit there in the dark for a minute or so, we hear them over one of the speaks by a car next to us saying, “Sorry, we’re closed.” Us and those around us that were waiting longer were very dissatisfied with the non-service we received and no warning before they thought we would get the hint by shutting off the lights way before closing time. Very unimpressed.
Love the tots. Hotdogs were a little under cooked. ?? Not sure how you mess up cooking a Hotdog.Drive thru service very slow.
This is a cheap and great place to feel like you stepped back into the 50's. Drive thru, drive up and order then get served whichever. Dine in too, a must stop for anyone looking for a great burgers and more joint. :)
Ordered online. Got a lemonade slush with strawberry and grilled cheese burger. Ordered sandwich without ketchup, mustard, etc. but added mayo and it was tasty :)
If I could give this place a no-star I would. The service is slow as molasses. We sat at the drive-thru screen for 10 minutes before ordering, to which they didn’t know their own products that we were ordering. We only ordered two shakes, which took another 10 minutes of sitting at the window to receive. The employees walking in and out were in snails pace. I would guess that there either isn’t a manager and or the manager never received any sort of managerial training. Horrible. Won’t be visiting this sonic location again.
My order was very wrong and they didn't give me one of my drinks. I didn't notice until I got all the way home. Basically paid to throw it away. Very disappointing ?
The food was amazing and the burger was huge.The wait wasn't very long and they were friendly.I would definitely go again.
Staff ignores customers before closing and refuses to take orders - but doesn’t tell anyone, they ask them to wait and then ignore them until closing.Pulled in around 10:40. Speaker said they’d be with us in “just a minute” and then silence for about 10 minutes. We pulled up to a stall instead and saw there was no one at the drive thru window. Pressed the button on the stall. After about 30 seconds the light stopped blinking. We pressed it again and the screen said “light has been activated we will be with you shortly.” About a minute later we heard the speaker on the stall next to us say “we are closed and not taking orders.” The car next us had been there since before we pulled up.If you don’t want business after 10:30 then change your operating hours. Just based on the cars that were there, you lost out on at least a couple hundred dollars in sales. And we could clearly see there was PLENTY of staff available to handle the rush.
50 cent corndogs today and I still got fast and friendly service and fresh food. Good job guys!
