Please just go to a different smoothie king. I’m not Karen I swear I’m 18 and I just really like smoothie king. I’ve never had a bad experience with smoothie king but every time I went to this one it’s been awful. The girl working was so rude like sweetie I get it you hate working but I work in fast food and I’ve never talked to a customers the way you talked to me. Also the smoothies tasted like soap. One of my shakes was more like flavored milk then a smoothie. She also told be that I can’t substitute oat milk in for a dairy ingredient. Like why even have oat milk and every other smoothie king let’s me do that. I think she just didn’t wanna work but like I don’t wanna be gassy all day cuz I’m lactose intolerant. Anywayyyy just go to the smoothie king at Sheridan so much better went there right after this experience :)
Location on Sheridan Rd. Peoria. Very disappointed. They advertise the Watermelon Smoothie, walked in the store and ordered 2, as we observe 5 employees doing Nothing but talking and laughing, they all said no watermelon available, as we noticed one of the employees with shorts on, sitting on the food prep counter. Asked for the manager, they acted like they didn't know who that was, and said no manager was on duty. Went to the Holiday Dr. Location with 1 employee and had very good service. Kudos to the young lady working at this location.

Very disrespectful staff, made us wait 23 minutes on drive through, when no other car was ahead of us while taking window orders. Then we left without ordering. Terrible experience, don't recommend it to anyone

Poor customer service. Thought their walk up window was open because there was not sign stating it wasn’t. Myself and several others stood there and they just stared through window at us.
My husband stopped here on his way home from soccer to grab me a smoothie. Even though it was right before closing, the employees were so nice about it! Thank you!

We live several hours away from a Smoothie King, and have been wanting to get back. Today we did, and the angel food lite I had and the Hulk coffee my husband had did not disappoint!
Never ever get tired of an Angel Food smoothie. I could have 1 every day!
