I don’t recommend Portillo’s this one seems to have a problem and I got a lukewarm cheeseburger not hot and fresh through the drive-through at noon disappointing
The safe was hit or miss. You and some people who were nice, and others who seems a bit "hood" for no reason. However the superstar here is the food. I had a double cheeseburger and it's huge and tasty. I also had a Polish sausage and chocolate cake. I wanted the Lemon cake, which is by far the most delicious cake in the menu but they won't have it until late April. A solid 4 stars is as far as I can go here.
This place was great! Fast, friendly service! We had the Italian beef, the polish sausage and double bacon cheeseburger. Absolutely delicious...and the retro motif was fun!
To many calories and the food is ?? looks like someone barfed on the food and I think the kitchen isn’t cleaned sense 2022 we shouldn’t have a restaurant like this at all

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Being kind and having playful conversation goes far in my book. We got our food within 15 minutes and it was all fresh and delicious.
I bought a bunch of stuff here. We went here right after getting an ultrasound for my dog. The inside was nice and clean and people were polite. My sandwich wasn't wrapped correctly though. However, my dog didn't eat for a few days so we got a 6" beef just to hope he would try eating it after his not so good diagnosis. He did eat a few pieces of beef and had a bit of water. It was quite a relief to see him eat a bit even though we knew he wouldn't be getting better. Now I'll just always have this memory of this place as the last place Coal ate. I'm happy he did.
Portillo's is a nice place if you want a quick meal with nice quality and a reasonable price. The Big Beef with hot peppers and Chicago Dogs are the usual favorites, but the onion rings or cake are also nice on the side. The staff is pretty friendly and the waits in the drive thru usually aren't long. They're perfect for lunch or a night off from cooking.
Great food. The burger is a good size so don't go for the double unless you really want a lot of meat. The spicy sauce for the chicken sandwich is really spicy, and the hot dogs are really good.
