I would just like to say that I Really did appreciate the respectful kind attitude of the young man who was working the register the day of my visit to the campus town store. I don't mind a simple mistake as long as I am treated with respect, thank you young man, I wish more people working in customer service could be like you.
Pay more attention and make every effort to make sure orders are sent out properly and promptly! Make sure the quality of the food is acceptable and most importantly if complaints do arise make sure the customer walks away satisfied.
The pizza was food and the people that work here always go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed.
Pizza was barley warm. Ordered 1 pizza with bbq sauce & bacon had to look for it. Took 1 1/2 hour on a Tues evening
Don’t order from here!! No good, called to request new wings after I only really received 3 of them and bits. The lady wanted (didn’t know how to simply handle a replacement order..WOW) me to drive all the way back to show them the screw up. She put me on hold 4 times to ask people questions about how she should handle the issue. Called corporate office and talked to an overseas guy for 15 min and fixed nothing. Will never order from this place again.
Placed an order for delivery they called to tell me they had no delivery driver for an hour and a half. No thank u and cancel my order. I placed an 60 dollar order with your competitors who could deliver a pizza
Our food was very good. We got a dinner box, plenty of food for not alot of money. Plus the Hut still supports Book-It!
The app said my order was ready for pickup at 7 PM on 1/1/2022 so I went out in the snow to get my order to find out the location was not even open. The app indicated the hours were until 1 AM on 1/1/2022.
The pizza and the breadsticks had a good flavor but they were limp maybe could have been cooked longer higher-temperature not sure.
Inform customers how long the order will take to receive. Confirming that your order has been canceled. Better customer service over phone.
