Terrible service anymore. Delivery takes twice as long as estimated, was told 50 mins, was 45 mins late. Food had obviously been sitting for at least that 45 mins, cold and congealed cheese. Had to re-cut the pizzas because they wouldn't tear apart. The lack luster customer service is painfully apparent. Do yourself a favor and heat up a frozen pizza from now on. This type of service seems to be everywhere these days in the food industry, not worth the money anymore.
Store was busy, but crew was working well and in sync, and very friendly and courteous.
Love love my favorite is the stuffed crust so I can dip in butter sauce.
They were extremely busy so there was a bit of a wait but all was good.
Driver couldn't follow instructions to go to side door. Then got mad my dogs were barking at her and acted all scared even though they were locked in a different room with a door separating them and us. Walked away without giving me my change too very nice of her to assume I was gonna tip her after she didn't follow basic instructions.
The manager need to have his nail cleans up they nasty and yellow.
Drivers don't follow delivery instructions or the store doesn't pass the appropriate information onto them; either way, someone's not doing their job. My order was marked as delivered and was not; I have emailed customer care to get a refund. Avoid

Ordering food here in the last year has been terrible. I understand you are probably short handed and the staff that you do have are probably bad at their jobs but come on. Our order today was extremely messed up. We ordered a large pepperoni and bacon pizza. We got a half pepperoni and bacon pizza and other half cheese. But the biggest problem is the pizza is raw. Our last 3 orders our pizzas keep coming raw. Crust is still almost white, cheese barely melted, toppings cold and not cooked. The only thing I can think of is because they are so short handed so they are rushing pizzas out the roller oven before cooked all the way. Luckily the toppings are pre cooked or you would start have the health department there from food poisoning calls. I think we have spent our last dollar at papa john's tonight
