Had pick 2 chicken noodle soup and strawberry chicken salad. Delicious

Everytime I otder online in the morning regardless if the food is ready the manager pushes the ticket through without the order being ready completely, so when I arrive to get it I have to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food. In preparation this time I ordered at 733, my order is as "ready" at 742, I arrived at 755 and was told I'd have to wait an additional 11 minutes for my food to be completed. This is the second time it happened, the first time the manager talked with me and stated “I pushed it thru so I didn’t have to ruin my ticket times, I hope you understand” and I was cool, but this time? Just so frustrating. The employee was nice when I told her I needed a refund because I did not have time to waited , she said she'd get the manager, who never came out and spoke with me, instead she had her employee hand me the change. Thankful for the nice employee, but I’m Constantly disappointed here,.

Availability of food items is a bit unlimited. Sometimes they have brioche for sandwiches and sometimes they don't. I asked for scrambled egg on my sandwich and they didn't have the ability to scramble an egg that day only over easy or egg whites. Today also had for my sandwich was diced bacon instead of bacon strips which was completely fine I wonder why? On the plus side the staff is always always pleasant and the place is extremely clean and I will continue visiting and hopefully someday the food availability will be all worked out.

I really appreciate how Panera uses healthy and natural ingredients for their food but it’s still delicious! Customer service has always been great too ??

Most of the time I really enjoy Panera. They are a bit pricy, so they aren’t my “go to” place. I went today as a treat. I went through the drive through. About 25% of the lettuce in my salad was brown ends. Terrible. I did not receive the Apple either. I didn’t have time to go back.

I usually like eating here but the last time I went I wasn't impressed. For one, they now give you this little device that tells you when your order is ready instead of calling your name out like they used to. I don't know why they started using that device, because it is really annoying, it sits there and vibrates really loud and there is no way to shut it off, you just have to take it up to the window and set it in the basket. They were quick with the food but they were out of the meat that typically comes on the sandwich that I ordered. And when I unrolled my silverware my fork was dirty. I probably won't be going back for awhile with their prices being a lil high (for me) and the experience I last had.

Way over priced for the amount of food you get. Quality is very good, but you'll surely pay for it. For the price you should go away over filled, but don't think so. You would think they would have crackers for ones soup, but no. Our table and others were dirty, but I was able to clean ours off. Napkins are super thin and small. Life is full of choices as was dinning here or any other restaurant. Next time who knows. I can sympathize with any business that is having such a tough time these days and will probably be back to done at some Panera Bread in the future if I don't go broke first. One other disappointment is that they didn't seem to honor veterans today being Veterans Day.

Been awhile since I dined at this Panera Bread. I was dinning with my daughter. As usual the prices were extravagant. Quality food, but you will surely pay for it. Don't worry about going away too full for the price either. Never seen such thin and small napkins in my life. The tables weren't being wiped off so I cleaned ours. Life is full of choices and this was one we took today, but tomorrow....... One other disappointment is that it seems that they didn't honor veterans on this Veterans Day or did I miss it?

It was okay, the flatbread pizza was disappointing, the sauce had a funny taste. The brownie was awesome, it only cost 99 cents if you bought a lunch entree.

Went inside to get Tuesday bagel special at around 10 am. NO bagels available at either location In Peoria, Ill. Said they needed to be ordered by Friday the week before. Doesn't say that anywhere on the board or in the store. Disappointing
