food was amazing! customer service not so much! we had a woman that was very rude! i completely understand if having a bad day but don’t take it out on the customer. my grandmother asked her nicely to clean the table because it was dirty. and there was a lot of attitude and sass. as if it was a problem.
My boyfriend wanted to try the Wontons which he thought may be more like Rangoon so we tried it. They did not have crab like Rangoon but he did enjoy them. I had a hicken egg roll and it was tasty. Then I got kungpoa chicken which I've and it was tasty as well.
We always love Panda Express how we this one seems to always be missing something or other from their menu. Most likely, it’s COVID related but I’ve visited 3-4 times and they’ve been missing major items.Still a good place for Chinese!
Got the campfire chicken it was awful. The chicken was tuff and tasted bad. Employees in the drive thru were very rude and wouldn't even speak to me. I had to wait 25 minutes to get my food which it was cold. Eggrolls very nasty taste. My meal was just awful. I won't go back. Peoria Illinois
Had to wait 20 mins for the food I wanted so I went to the bathroom and it looks trashed. Then I got my food and I can tell they mixed the old food with the new food cause it didn't taste fresh. I really wanted that wok fried shrimp but they didn't have it ?
The portions were extremely small compared to when I go to the East Peoria location and they always forget the teriyaki sauce when I order teriyaki chicken. The last couple times I’ve been here, the chicken was just not good. It was kind of gooey. I’ve always loved Panda Express and I feel like I never had problems with this location in the past but they’ve honestly sucked lately. The portions are definitely not worth the money.
I most always order chow mein and orange chicken. I noticed when I would go later in the evening, I'd get meatless orange chicken. Of course you couldn't tell until biting it that it was flavored crust. Then I started going earlier, but there wasn't much improvement. Someone even bought me a meal on another occasion, and the same thing happened.Just the other day I got coupons in the mail to buy a bowl and her a bowl free. I'd rather go to East Peoria's Panda Express and get one bowl done right.
I just went through the drive through and paid 10 bucks for a tiny amount of orange chicken that is so dried out and hard it is inedible. Up until I moved to Peoria, Panda Express was my favorite quick bite. This location sucks.
Customer service is always good, and the food hot and fresh. Other then, running out of things. (Which supply chains be doing that everywhere.) I have never had an issue here or a wrong order. Over all of most of the Panda I have been to it is consistent. I would say they do a very good job of keeping drive though waits short, and let you know at the box, if they need to make more of an item to give you the chance to change your order or wait for new product. Over all good.
The beef tasted great and was hot. But some of the veggies were over cooked. They were friendly and gave me extra veggies because of it. They were out of 70% of the menu due to a shortage. The waitress was friendly but not excited—her voice was so monotone it was comical. Still they get four stars for good food, and trying ?
