Fresh ingredients, best burrito hands down. You can actually watch the queso cheese melt here. The queso stands alone. Ton of flavor in all of the salsas and I love the cilantro lime rice. Great staff and quick service.
If you want something healthy, quick and tasty, Pancheros is the place. I got a bowl with vegetables and tofu. That might sound like an odd combination in a Mexican franchise restaurant, but all of the spicy ingredients made it delicious. The staff was friendly also. I will definitely return.
Thursday evening. Food was great. Service was great. Workers seemed to think they were at Starbucks (friendly, engaged, looked us in the eye with a smile, knew customer names even).Food seemed healthier than a lot of other fast food options. They have wifi that connects automatically after the first time.No drive through but they have an app where you walk in and grab the food like Panera's.
Stopped here for dinner before going to the movies. I really enjoyed my dinner and the service was great and super friendly!
The day crew is very friendly and the food always tastes so good and fresh! We have had multiple bad experiences with the night shift crew so we have stopped going at night. One night they tried serving us raw chicken, the workers got into a fight with each other and started cussing in front of customers, they are always rude. One night they were cutting meat with no gloves. It’s disappointing because the day shift is always so great and I would hate to see Pancheros close down due to poor night service.
Did a scheduled pick up for 5:45 and I’m STILL waiting for it at 6:25. They stopped making my order twice to make the person at the counters food….like….what? Plus the lady was super rude when I asked about it still not being ready 30 min after the pick up time.
I love Mexican food and I usually go for the bowl or the burrito. For the first time I decided to try the tacos at this restaurant. The workers are amateurs and definitely need more training. I hope they learn soon or they’ll definitely be losing a lot of customers. No complaints regarding their bowls though. Overall I would still recommend this place. Just don’t order the tacos anytime soon.
I visited this Pancheros shortly after it's initial opening. It wasn't a fantastic experience. But fast forward several months I returned in mid January and was very pleased. It was fairly busy but everything moved fast. Workers seemed much more comfortable than they did in my first visit. Portion size and price all reasonable especially compared to similar restaurants like Chipotle. The quality of the food is high level too. Nothing seems "suspect" and everything seems well prepared with good flavor. Overall I've been twice in the matter of a couple weeks and was good both times. Ill certainly frequent this restaurant much more now.
We went a week ago on a Friday afternoon. There were several patrons in front of us, but plenty of empty tables available. I'm not sure what other reviewers are talking about, but the burritos are HUGE! The staff was patient, friendly, and even asked as we were leaving how the food was...great customer service.I had the chicken, my husband had the steak, and even though there wasn't a kid's menu posted, they whipped up a quesadilla for my little one with no issue. The build your own style makes it easy to customize to your liking, so go nuts! The guacamole is extra (as it is in most places) but the grilled veggies are tasty and there are two types of salsa to choose from. It's hard to beat a fresh pressed tortilla, so good!
I am not big on Mexican food. I like tacos with ground beef. No ground beef here. Chicken and steak. Pulled pork. This is not mee. Staff was fantastic and liked the tortilla press. Hope I got that correct.
