Our order was supposed to be ready at 7:12pm. We did not receive our food until 7:35pm. Everyone was goofing off except for one cook trying her hardest to push out orders. 3 cooks and only 1 was truly working.One of our meals was made incorrectly. They asked for it to be made again. After 10 minutes of it not being made, the man at the front asked the cooks to make it again. The cook said “Oh, I forgot.” Another 5 minutes goes by and they had to ask her for it again.We went to ask for a refund after waiting so long. We were told it would take 24 hours. We asked if there was anyway to get a cash refund. We were told that was not possible. The man, who I’d assume was the cashier, then threatened to call the police and escort us off the premises for simply asking. He then said “You can only get your food or get out.” He would not process the refund. He started repeating “The customer ain’t always right” while grabbing the phone and dialing. He started cussing at us while waiting for the phone to ring. The man stated, “I bet with your privilege you think you can always act this way.”We arrived home and we’re missing the garlic bread and extra noodles that were ordered.We will never be visiting this store again after being treated this way. There is absolutely no reason for an employee to be cussing at customers and calling the cops for simply asking for a refund.
I ordered the potstickers and they were not steam fried like advertised. 3 cheese tortellini Rosa with grilled chicken was excellent and fulfilling.

Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese with parmesan and green onion. It was really good, nice little kick to it. I think grilled chicken chunks would be better in this dish tho but that's my opinion.
Ordered spaghetti w/meatballs. Decent quality overall, ngl. Dish was somewhat ruined bc they went really *really* light on the sauce. Not sure why.
Food is really really consistently good, I don't eat meat often so the options are awesome.. However, I only gave this place a 4 because The customer service experience each time is unfortunately sub par!!
Messed up my granddaughter's order twice, so I shared mine with her. They are struggling but I appreciated their willingness to give me a refund. Disappointed, but will try them again and hopefully they will be having a better day. One of my go to places, first bad experience there.
Paid $3 extra on BOTH bowls for extra meatballs, and they literally added 4 extra to ONE bowl. What kind of poorly managed place is this. Taking advantage of any repeat customer by being lazy with the simplest orders. My advice, check your food inside before you leave. It’ll be wrong.
