Our server, Brooklyn, was so friendly and efficient. You could tell the restaurant was understaffed but our server did not show that in any way. The pizza was great. Drinks were kept full and we were checked on just enough. Great dining experience.
My dad was here from out of the country and we went out for dinner and this place always has the best pizza around...
Burnt our pizza and sandwiches. They basically forgot about us. We sat there for almost an hour before we finally reached out to the waitress to see where our food was. She went to look and said they burnt it. So they made it over again, but the order was wrong. So they had to do it again! The waitress was so sorry, but management never came to apologize or anything. I feel the waitress should have checked on us sooner.. we should not have had to reach out to her. They discounted the food, but they really should have given it to us for nothing after everything that went on.I have never given a one-star review before this. I do not recommend this establishment.
4 stars only because it's Monicals. As with the other recent reviews, coming to dine in an hour before close, with one look from the staff I knew I did bad. You could tell they were closing up early and did not want us there. The waitress was more pleasant but all of the staff were fighting with each other so everyone was in a bad mood.
Pizza is good-but definitely not cheap. Meatball sandwich was tasty also. Could have cooked our pizza a few minutes longer-we ordered carryout
Worst dinning experience of my life. Ordered at 6:13 and never received our pizza. Our drinks never got refilled and our server was a no show. No communication from the server. Place needs a new change in management. Baley was our server, if you get her, run.
So first off .. I ordered food last night for delivery and when the driver came she had forgotten half my order ! She realizes it when I’m signing the receipt and tells me I’ll be right back with my food .. I tip her $4 on a 20 bill so 20% but I call management and let them know my food will now be cold by the time the rest of it comes .. the manager has an attitude from the beginning but eventually gives me a coupon in the mail for replacement..then the next day I’m checking my bank statement and they charges me not only for the meal .. but two other random suspicious $8 charges .. so I can again today and they say the GM will call me back after lunch … no one calls … so I call back .. the manager gets on the phone and says they didn’t charge me my bank did for the tip … and I said how does that even make sense when the charges are for $8 and it’s twice ! Mind you I’ve ordered from here before and never had this happen … she was completely rude after I tried explaining to her that no .. your bank doesn’t have a pending charge for no reason.. you guys have to run the card for there to be a pending charge and she just keeps telling me with attitude that it’s my bank ..I am disputing all charges even the first one and you can keep your damn coupon !
Got there at 5:26. Ordered almost instantly. Waited over a hour no communication what so ever. Finally asked politely how much long all other tables that came in after us have there food. Got attitude from server. So we left. Not a great experience. Long time costumers, have had bad experiences in the past but never complained. Now we are starting to think this place just isn’t worth all the attitude for being polite and asking a simple question.
Was seated at a booth and waited over 10 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us. Food took way too long to come out and our pizza was partially burnt. Not a great experience for a long time Monicals lover!
I have never had such a bad pizza we freq use monicals morton and always really good today we were closer to this monicals it didn't have hardly any sauce on it very little I mean very little sausage and was dryer than a cracker. I called and asked to talk to the manager he is sending me a coupon to replace it but he really acted like he didn't want to hear my problem. At least he is replacing it if you are thinking of going to monicals today do not go to this one. We really like monicals pizza but that one was horrible
