This was our first visit to Mission BBQ. We are from out of town and a number of people recommended it. The food was amazing! The staff was amazing and took the time to walk us through the menu and tell us their story. We can’t wait to go back! Thanks for a great experience Matt and team!
FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE! Great place to eat!! This is America at its finest. Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, amazing food, great selection! Great company core values and it’s nice to have a business like this in the community. Don’t ever attempt to rob this place as there are lots of war vets who like to eat here and you wouldn’t make it out alive trying something like that. A touch on the pricy side but I’ve found that good bbq isn’t cheap and I am certain that at least some portion of the profit goes to a great cause(s). Stop in and eat, you won’t regret it! Picture here is cornbread, Mac n cheese, baked beans, pulled pork, jalapeño cheddar smoked sausage, and moist brisket. 6 varieties of bbq sauce to choose from. Delicious! Have eaten here twice and I’ll be back plenty more times.
This place is amazing! I love that they support people in the military at one point in their life. The food was mouth watering good. I loved to try all of their different bbq sauces. They young teenage lady who check us out was not helpful at all. I get teenagers all to well. At least she showed up to work.
The baby back ribs are tender my wife saidI had the brisket which is great11 sauces
Mission BBQ catered our wedding this past month and they did a PHENOMENAL job. Travis was a complete rockstar. They were prepared, we met with them prior to the event to work out any bugs, and they were on time. They served to about 300 people that night and the whole process was seamless. We received a flood of comments on how delicious the food was- even my vegan and vegetarian friends were happy! Please consider them for any catering event you may have in the future.

First time visit while in Peoria we decided to stop here and try it fast service, small portions, kind of pricey but food was good. But what made me mad was there was a guy walking around his name was Casey and he identified himself as director of operations as we overheard his conversation to people across from us and behind us telling them first time customers get free carrot cake. Not at anytime did he offer us this why not ? On top of it he gave one table cards or something I believe for free at this location or the new location opening in Davenport again why not us ? Very rude to walk but and just ignore us
Excellent BBQ! Finally a great BBQ place in the Midwest. I would put this place up against any Texas BBQ. As a Veteran it is very cool to see a place that honors Veterans and First Responders while having great food as well. Will definitely be telling friends to check it out and plan on returning soon.
The service here is amazing a very friendly atmosphere and the food was off that charts delicious ? I ordered the yard bird fries and mac the chicken was tender moist and seasoned to perfection the mac was amazing and the hand cut fries were finger licking good for my first visit I highly recommend this place for future eats
