Typical MCD order was not correct because employees don't listen or care. Ordered 2 hash browns waited 8 minutes for them to "cook" only to get 1 hot and 1 cold.
Always busy and you still get your food fast.
I go to McDonalds at least once weekly at different locations in eoria as I love the fries compared to other fast food restaurants. Upon ordering I was told they did not have any quarter pounders with cheese so had to order another burger. Then I ordered a diet coke and was told did not have diet coke. Ended up ordering a large fry and after getting home the fries were hard as a rock and it was liking eating a veggie straw. Feel all these things are unacceptable. Won't be going to your McDonalds anymore.
I ordered a Double quarter pounder and the meat was cooked medium rare. I have never had med rare at McDonalds before. They should at least give you the option if you want it cooked all the way.
My wife went and got me my normal #2b ketchup pickle only and I got it wrong but 4 stars because I called up and the manager was really nice handled it really well and took care of me professionally must say thanks I get things happen
I have yet to go to this store at anytime other than breakfast and not have to wait. No matter what I order, I am kicked to a parking space where I wait for no less than 5 minutes.
I stopped today to get dinner. I ordered my child a 4 piece happy meal. Chicken nuggets were not in the happy meal. I opened the box to find a heaping serving of tartar sauce. Now my 5 year old is upset and STILL hungry
Decided to buy and pickup the family dinner at this location. After getting home and opening the bag we noticed two of our fries were put in the bag upside down. Opening my double Quarter Pounder with cheese I saw a mutilated burger patty (see picture) and noticed I was missing 1 of the 2 pieces of cheese on it. Also wife's drink should have been a diet coke but when she tasted it she realized it was a root beer.Also I don't understand how you fit all our food into one bag. Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, bacon quarter Pounder with cheese, chicken sandwich, 2 medium fries and a large fry along with napkins and 2 bb sauces. When waiting on my food after pulling forward the kid brought me the bag that was ripping from being so over stuffed and couldn't even close to keep food warm for the trip home.... Very disappointing mcdonald's.
I have not had McDonald's shakes in years. I decided to try them. We got a chocolate, strawberry and shamrock shake. The shamrock was how I remember it, but the chocolate and strawberry were so artificial tasting we could not drink them. Why do they taste like that???Also, the GM, Lacey, thinks it is ok to hang up on people who are trying to be helpful about a possible hazard in the parking lot, TWICE! How in the world is that warranted?
I had a coupon for buy one get one free after a survey was completed. After ordering my meal, the lady gave me my receipt and said "here is your next coupon!" Thanks for not making me feel cheap and appreciating my business!
