Food is never how you order it. More than half the time fries are filled half way as if they are saying "be a Karen, i dare you"ive paid for large drinks and sides only to be shorted so badly, friends who got MEDIUMS got more than me. Corporate should close this location and focus on hiring competant people.
The store on north university is slowly getting better. Still a long way to go but getting better.
Horrible place food is never done and you have to wait 10 mins or more for food.....never again
It's McDonalds...you're obviously not coming here for quality or great flavor. It used to be fast and cheap and edible, they're still pretty fast...
They wouldn't take my app coupon and we're very rude about it when I asked why it didn't take it off.
We had to wait for our order they told us to pull up so they could bring the rest of our food they for got about us and I had to go in and find out what was going on.
Friendly staff, but fairly slow service for a fast food restaurant. Inside was very clean though. We would go back next time we are in town.
Friendly staff, but I ask for the same thing every Saturday morning at 11am, and they ? mess it up. I ask for extra pickles on 2 burgers, and NEVER have I received extra pickles.
We have tried grabbing food here multiple times when we are on the go, it's quick stop right by the interstate. Staff is friendly, but they have to because they mess up every single order. While we sat there waiting for our food, 4 individuals from the drive thru had to walk in because their order was incomplete or wrong. Our food was given to the wrong table, our food was incomplete and cold. Even if you are working in fast food, take pride in what you do and do it well!
At 8:30 pm on Friday night at drive thru they tell me they are out of coffee. The one on university in peoria does the same thing. I believe they just do not want to make coffee. I work nights and these 2 McDonald's are on my way to my next jobs. I complained before and got sent 3 free small coffee cards. I buy large coffee not small.My problem is still not been resolved. I should have to drive to other McDonald's far from my jobs just to get a coffee between the hours of 8:30 pm and 11 pm. Hopefully something will be done about this so that I can get my coffee at these locations close to my jobs. Thank you
