McDonald’s double meat burger tasted disgusting and salty?, McDonald’s am really disappointed in ur burger it felt like buying ur food was a waste of my time and for the employees in the drive-through they also disappointed me because of the lack in serving the food the way the customer wanted. ??
Not so friendly workers, when I entered the building they were arguing with an UberEATS person and not handling it at all professionally. And the manger was either the one yelling or not around. My food was ok

This WAS my favorite McDonald's in all of Peoria. Not any more. I sat in line 20 mins waiting to place my order. When u start to order a sign goes over some of the drinks and you can't see the flavors. After several back and forth about the flavors he says he will be right back. Five mins later comes on to take my order and now her and I are round and round about the flavors. She finally tells me that the machine is broken apparently not telling the young man taking orders. He was going to be in for one rough day. I drive through to pay and I have gift cards. After paying I was sure I owed him money and he said no. No receipt. Pull up to get my food and they give me the 2 drinks to go with the meals. I look in the sack and my order is not right. Missing one sandwich and fries. Some lady in a blue shirt comes to the window demands to see my receipt. When I told her I didn't get one. My husband said here is a receipt and I hand it to her and am informed this wasn't even a McDonald's receipt. I went to take it back and she yells at me not to rip it out of her hand and takes off. 5 mins later still waiting in line holding up traffic waiting for all my food. Someone puts a sandwich in the
I absolutely hate this McDonald’s. My family and I have gone to this specific McDonald’s for over 40 years. In the last couple of years, the service and quality has suffered. Since when doesn’t McDonald’s serve breakfast anymore?! And since when don’t they have iced tea?! This has happened at this McDonald’s several times. Are they that lazy or that incompetent? The morale of the staff is awful. This needs to be turned around and fast. I gave them several chances and they never failed to disappoint. I will never return to this McDonald’s.
Asked for a shake and the response was “hell nah/no”I used to work at McD and it’s not hard to just say the machine is down.
One of the real reasons I like Micky D is because they are consistent regardless of where you go, you know what you will get when you order. Excellent coffee.
This place is very unprofessional me and coworkers went in to get food while waiting at the cash register a lady from the back walked by us screaming how the lobby is closed and they don’t have enough staff to wait on people. Great job at being an example for your employees maybe you should explain this to your customers as they come in or have something on the door !!
Absolutely unprofessional. They cussed in front of my kid over and over again. Took forever to get our food and messed up on our order twice. Everything was cold. How do these people have a job?
