This is by far the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, the dining area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Mold growing in soda machine valleys. Workers using profanity and hostile towards each other.
Burgers had been sitting in the que for way to long. they were dark brown amd very dry which was unusal for 5 pm dinner time cheese wasn't even melted.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Every time I go here, there's a problem. This last time I pulled up, placed a decent sized order, they didn't tell me what my order was. So when I got to the window, I asked if he could read my order cause he only said my total, he rolled his eyes, picked up his phone and looked at it for a few seconds, then put it down, and told me my order.. I pulled up to the second window, and there was a young girl in there rapping and dancing to music with ear buds in the entire time I was in the window. Then we had to wait for our 3rd drink with the window open for 4 minutes and the other manager was in the background cussing, and yelling at the side of the window like crazy.. will never go here again. Wouldn't recommend it to a dog....

This McDonalds is by far the worst one in Peoria IL, not only are they not making the orders correct things are always not hot when you get it! My fries are NOT full if I want more fries thats a large hate to pull them out and it’s a medium inside a large box! You only get a squirt of ketchup and we don’t even want to go there with the amount of onions that supposed to be on the burger! And no I didn’t get napkins this time either! DON’T EAT AT THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!
I've been through the drive through and inside. My orders are always messed up. A happy meal comes with a small fry why upcharge me for a medium? Why buy a meal and then have to ask for my soda only to be told I didn't pay for it? Went through yesterday, the young lady at the window was very kind, but the one that brought my food was very vulgar and rude. If you don't like your job get another one don't take it out on your guests
Would give 0 stars if possible. I sit in McDonald's a lot of time to work during the day shift. Unprofessional staff. Loud, cussing, eating food. Staring at customers but not helping them. Making fun of customers on head set and in front. Really insane!!!
Good experience most of the time, tasty food and fast service, love the loyalty program, only disheartened by the unfriendliness of some the younger employees at times. No one in particular, we all have our days… I’ve worked a job that wasn’t my favorite, I still struggle, but I always try to make everyone feel welcome and have great customer service no matter where I go! A little kindness goes a long way, I frequent often on my way to work and sometimes you set the tone for many individuals mornings… you all make a difference and I hope you know that, and if you don’t, I pray you begin to see your worth! Thanks for all you do!
Food quality and service seems to vary based on what time you go. In my experience food served between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. is so good I forget that I'm eating at McDonald's. By far the best burgers I have had in my entire life
Drive thru was really busy, so went in to get our food. I asked an employee if they had shakes and guess what ice cream wasnt working. Right there was a strike against them. We stood in line for another 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. So we left and went to steak n shake. Got my milk shake.
