They didn't add cheese to my veggie spud when the menu even includes a picture. I said please and thank you when I was ordering and spoke verryyyyyyyyy slowly in an attempt to not be too confusing when ordering one single thing off the menu. I truly don't understand this nonsense of "Peoria is the best place to live in Illinois" or "America needs to raise the minimum wage" when I haven't been able to go to a single establishment and actually get the thing that I ordered as it is described on the menu.
I have been in the drive through line at the window for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement. I am over this place!! I love their food but a salad should not take an hour to put together. There is no way to get out of line once you are in line. People honking and trying to get back to work!! Please get it together as your food is good!!!
I'm sorry I had to 1 star this place. The last 2 times we have went we sat there for 20 minutes one time there was 1 car ahead of me and the other time 2. There was garbage everywhere outside the last couple of times. I didn't want to go back but my husband really liked the food but even that was bad this last time. The grilled chicken wrap was tasteless and full of mostly lettuce, barely any dressing and the chicken was almost non existent. I understand it being short staffed but there is just no excuse for the food tasting like that and it being so dirty looking now. I don't know if we will be back.
First time ever being here a few weeks ago and I've lived in the Peoria area for about 7 years now.My reubin I ordered wasn't even toasted and was falling apart and sloppy. I ate most of it and it wasn't terrible but fell quite short of my expectations sadly.
We love eating there, the food is great and appreciate the effort by the overworked staff. We understand that they are short staffed. But waiting 1 hour on our moblile order is a bit tough. Hope they figure it out.
This place used to be pretty good. Now every time we come we get avocado that is past it’s prime and bottom of the bag chips for our Nachos.
Great place for a family meal. Great deli style sandwiches and the most awesome loaded up baked potatoes.
This company need to bring in better general manager an manager team to properly run this business better they have two sandwiches lines an only use one they pay 11.00 for your to be there all day with no help at all .I have spoken with big bosses an they also said the company should have both sides open an other equipment but due to careless management an not properly trained employees this store will always wait times no matter what an also they been making seem like catering lady butvi feel she does a wonderful job an need to run that store over who they have now..... Sarah is a manager for what reason idk she put her responsibilities on employees an hide up front if busy or in a corner.... My last general manager from macalister outta state said the same thing once I explained everything I'm the only trained employee they had that knew every station an was making 11.00 after transfer
I work at Qdoba which is right next door basically I was the only person in drive thru I went on break at 2:30pm and sat until 2:55 waiting on a half sandwich and a cup of soup I just got my money back that is just unacceptable I will never go back
Great food. Always takes minimum 45 minutes to get a to go meal. Waste of time if you're going there for your lunch break.
