Thurs May 5th 2022 @around 8:30pmWorst experience EVER! Went to pick up a to-go order for a delivery ap. The snotty cashier says I need a hot bag, apparently their policy for leaving with delivery orders. I said I have one; it's in my car. She said, "I need you to go get it please." I turned to walk out the door and she said, "thank you." As I opened the door to get the hotbag, I looked back and said, "you're welcome." The way I said it must've triggered her, because she said I wasn't coming back in, and i could forget the order of food altogether. I went to the car and grabbed my hotbag for the order and went back inside. She was adamant about not serving me. She said I had to leave or she was having me "removed". I told her go on ahead, as I had done NOTHING WRONG! She proceeds to call the POLICE on me!!!! I'm there doing my job with no friction other than saying YOURE WELCOME, apparently wrongly, to this MARCOS EMPLOYEE! As I left, to avoid wasting time on my shift, and arguing on deaf ears to the pd, I told her I'd get her fired. She replied, "that's OK I have your information", as if THREATENING ME!!!! This person should 100% definitely lose her job over this!*Totally unprofessional customer service. Never again. Ever!!!

The price is good but pizza a little too doughy for me, they do have good options when you don't want pizza

Very nice staff. Pizza was very good. I will come back.

Don’t patronize Marco’s. Corporate office made the Springfield, IL location open today when there’s a blizzard going on. All they are concerned about is making money and not the safety of their employees!

Food was burnt customer service is very horrible katlin was very rude

Awesome food. Very friendly staff. The enchiladas and rice and beans is tasty. Great deal for food with large portions. Thank you!

My daughter is very picky about her pizza but she consistently enjoys pizza from Marco's

From Chicago and have fairly high standards. As far as getting a good pizza in Peoria this is definitely one of the better ones even though it’s a chain. My one complaint is both times I’ve ordered they didn’t have all the toppings I wanted. Seems to me they need to get a better handle on their stock. My last point is to people who are complaining about the price. Fresh ingredients aren’t cheap. Some of us want a nice pizza rather than an inexpensive mediocre one.

Best pizza joint in the city! Every order comes to my door fresh af! And they’re always emailing me deals no other pizza spot can compete with. I’ve got big luv for Marco’s pizza

Food was really good. Hand made, and you could tell.
