Our favorite place to eat!! Big portions and always good!
Should be 2.5 stars.RUSH, RUSH, RUSH.May 28, Saturday night 7PM, not busy but everything very rushed. We were seated and had 2 minutes to choose a drink, about another 2 minutes to order.Food: eh, obviously precooked and warmed up.Steak, chicken, and pork all very dry.Very salty. Possibly MSG.This place, Blue Margaritas, and Jalapenos are all the same.If you want good Mexican, go to the West Side.
The best Mexican food I have ever had! I recommend the Enchilada Cozumel.
Los Cabos was our only go to for Mexican since we moved to.peoria 2 years ago. Sadly, the last few times we were very disappointed in the food...pretty much flavorless and certainly.no Mexican at all. I had to ask the waiter for some chili powder and comings! Chicken in tacos and nachos tasted like plain boiled chicken. Staff was very nice and they did not charge us for one.dinner.but would much rather have had the food we were accustomed to getting there. So sad.

Always amazing and the servers are so friendly!!
Let me start by saying the food was good and the service was great. My husband ordered the Molcajete and he loved it, it was also beautifully served. We went as a group of 4 and we all had a good experience. The outdoor dining is nice because it’s somewhat enclosed and it’s fenced off from the parking lot. Our waiter was great, wish I would’ve asked his name for the review - he was the one who recommended the molcajete.
My daughter and I hosted a wedding shower somewhat recently and just really didn’t want to deal with the hassles of preparing food. The guest of honor requested Mexican food so I decided to contact Los Cabos since it was/is my favorite Mexican restaurant. What a smart decision! The guests raved about the food! Every single item we ordered was absolutely delicious! We went with the Fajita Bar…great choice! We even ordered their homemade Margarita mixes and all we needed to do was provide the glasses, limes and salt. That was a HUGE hit, too, and no work on our part! They came and set everything up as we were frantically making last minute preparations for the shower. How INCREDIBLE to not worry about the food!! Each dish was piping hot and unbelievably TASTY!!! They were a joy to work with and I so appreciated their hard work in helping to make the shower a huge success. Gracias por todo, Los Cabos.
Weve been here twice and both times the food and service were amazing! The fajitas were fantastic. The complimentary chips and salsa are some of the best I've had.
We came here for my husband and brother and laws birthday and the staff showed us a great time with great food and drinks. They even did something special for us for their birthday. We will be back also our server was awsome with great customer service!
