Was completely ignored at the drive-thru. People were in there, just didn't care to work. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after waiting 20 minutes and even going up to the window and honking with no service? Contacted Corporate, hopefully they can do something.
This KFC on Allen Road in Peoria Illinois has got to be one of the worst KFCs I've ever been to starts out with the door being broken their soda fountain machine was broken we couldn't order the chicken that we wanted regular Style cuz they didn't have any I have to say the extra crispy that we settled on was very good hot and fresh, the mashed potatoes the gravy and the green beans tasted like they came right out of a box .out of 12 tables only one table was clean all the rest had garbage on it ,there was water a pool of standing in the dining area ,that wasn't ever cleaned up while we were there.it is one of the worst KFCs and we will never go back,we should of asked for a refund.
Get it together. Needs better attention from owners! The staff are struggling.
Stopped by Allen Rd store drive thru & was given incorrect beverage. Explained to girl at window about drink & she wasn't very pleasant about it. She gave us correct drink & didn't acknowledge us or our thanks for correction & shut the window at us. Food was ok but not experience.
Place is a joke. Never have anything ready. Order one thing and have to substitute your entire order. Plus they have no problem with taking your money and giving you nothing like they did to myself and kids.
Very busy people always working and moving. Very friendly, nice, helpful, and respectful. Nice clean place go sit and eat and talk.
Poorly managed, must be underfunded because they can't seem to fix their front door or the soda machine still, hot inside, horrible service, cashier was clearly high, couldnt count out 30 cents change, took her 3 times to understand that 1 guy didn't want coleslaw. Embarrassment of a store even for fast food. Stay away.
This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. The menu board outside is in terrible shape . The speaker outside is in terrible shape and the people working there are extremely rude
Waiting over 25 minutes to just be greeted then waited another 10 to place my order. Only had limited items. Lady seemed in a rude rush when she took my order.
Chicken taste old biscuits are hard worst kfc I have ever had
