New to Peoria and so disappointed. Couldnt order pickup, told to pull to the window instead of the speaker, and thwn when we were told to pull up, our order was completwly forgotten. Drove around and was given my order which she forgot our drink but gave use extra potatoe? Wont be returning
We placed an online order and gave them substantial time before the requested pickup (about an hour). When we got there, we were told they were out of chicken and we’d just need to resubmit a refund for our online order. There was no apology given and no effort was made to inform us of at this anytime leading up to the pickup time. Very disappointed in the lack of service.
I recommend you not order from here or patronize this location. I will never order from this KFC again. They missed all of the add-ons for my family bucket. No Mashed potatoes or gravy. No corn. Missed large mac & cheese. Paid for large coleslaw and got small that was only half full. Biscuits were like bricks and an inedible. Ordered extra crispy and received original recipe. The chicken was so old I had to throw it all away This is now the third time I have had an issue with this location. It is so bad I am contacting KFC corporate. The store is supposed to be open until 10 PM and my Uber driver couldn’t get in the lobby at 8:30. Worst management and employees ever. All should be terminated. Uber should eliminate them immediately until they correct their problems
Had to go though drive thru because they would no let us walk into the dinning area to order. Got up to window and asked if I could do two separate orders and she told me no one per car. Ordered our food and after she handed my card back I asked her if it was too late to have no gravy on my mashed potatoes and she didn’t care. Gave us the food and we drove home. Get home and there is no ranch after she asked me what sauces, I ordered raspberry tea and got what I am pretty sure is pink lemonade, and the bread for one of the sandwiches had mold on it. Terrible experience all around. I will never be back.
Waste of money and time. They shorted us chicken but we got to watch a live show because an employee got into it with her boyfriend in the dining area and she got loud and violent and it was quite the show. The chicken was dry and old the biscuits were hard as a rock. Gross. Nevermind getting chicken in Peoria at all, all your chicken places are awful! All of them! Of course northerners can't cook chicken ?
Arrived at drive thru Sunday at 530 ordered and was told it would be 20 minutes. Did not ask if I wanted original or extra crispy. Sat at speaker waiting finally pulled to window and the attendant in a hoodie asked what I wanted? I replied I had an order. She in turn turned to her boss Britney and said this white girl is rude you need to take it? needless to say I did not get food from this establishment. The service has gone downhill at this location
This store needs a complete staff overhaul. I try not to feel entitled when ordering fast food but as a fellow food industry worker, the management is just flat out incompetent. They shut down for 20+ minutes during shift change. There’s no availability of popular items during well known rush hours which lead to a congested drive thru (with very little room to maneuver out of if you can’t wait), and 20 minute waits. Random periods of them not taking orders even with only one car in the drive. I keep giving this place a chance since it’s closer but it always disappoints. Long waits for food that doesn’t even taste fresh or is over cooked is unacceptable in the first place and the fact that this is the trend says the rest. I could go on. I hate to blame the entire staff when this is the managers fault but this will be the work ethic imprinted on those workers and that’s not easy to break
The last four times I have gone to this KFC by my house. I was not able to ORDER CHICKEN. When I got to the drive through to order i was told the following: 1.) NO CHICKEN available; needed to pay only in CASH as machine not working. 3.) had no side dishes, and the last time 4.) basically to leave as they were not open as they didn't have any food prepared.
The worst kfc out there. The drive through order screen is broke, the service it terrible, didn’t even get what I asked for. Then I had to ask for my drink that comes with the meal. The place is trash and same for whoever manages.
Waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru. Did not have product available for what I wanted so had to have a mixed order. Got home and pretty much everything tasted good but could not tell the difference between extra crispie and regular. Worker at window shoved food out the window and then shut it and turned away. I will probably try to use another location from now on.
