16 piece dinner 3 large side biscuits for $51 ??!!!!Sign said $22 . Could of got 32 piece at another Chicken store . Thought I haven't had KFC in a while and after this it will be a cold day in hell before it will happen again . Got extra used like it alot but not at this price !
Was sitting on the drive thru window today and the workers in there just looking didn't hell came back same thing guy seen me then walked off ...several cars left because they wouldn't knowledge the drive thru.
I got there at 10:30 am. They didnt get my order right . The food was cold . I paid 28.00 for trash food . Nor did they try to make it right . Rude people ... badly rude

Everything was hot n fresh. The male employee even brought our food to us.
Had food delivered from here & not only was the order wrong but found multiple ants with the food and in beverage containers! Debated on eating the food that wasn’t correct but noticed the chicken to be soggy and fries to be cold as ice.. very frustrated.
I went to a different KFC trying to get the $20 fill up because the first one I went to didn't have any biscuits because their oven was broken. The second one I went to had a broken intercom. So I waited in line and I get to the window and she tells me that they only have dark meat because their cook wasn't on the premises. This KFC is on Western Ave in Peoria IL. So I went back to the first KFC that is on Washington Ave in Bartonville IL. Had to wait 20 minutes but that was ok I knew my chicken would be hot. The staff was very polite and was doing the best they could. I was just upset because I was shorted one piece of chicken.
Order was phoned in upon arrival they weren't aware of my order. Then ended up giving g me what I didn't order. Over charged me and wouldn't give refund. Reached out to corporate and never received a response. Last time patronizing KFC period
I went here about a month or two ago and the speaker was broken so you had to order at the window. I later went here to the same KFC and their drive thru speaker is still broken so we pull up and there is three cars Infront of us. After waiting over ten minutes and not moving up, we decide to go in. There is four workers in there, one guy is on his break, looked right at us and didn't say a word, then continued to sit down. One of the girls in the back was pretty much just standing there, not moving, not cooking, not getting orders out and she also kept looking at us and never said a word. The other two girls were both taking care of the same station with the chicken and never said anything to us as well. So we eventually just left because no one would wait on us and take our order. The food isn't too bad if you can get someone to take your order and not give you dirty looks. Also, I didn't see one person wearing gloves or a face mask. I don't know all the rules and regulations that are required especially since covid but I probably won't be going back to this place for awhile.
The gravy bowl had already been used by someone else, the chicken was cold, got 3 biscuits that were hard and cold and no corn on the cob like I ordered. Will never go there again. KFC on main St peoria, ill
