Fast friendly service

Overrated for sure. This was my first experience with Jimmy John's and it did not live up to my brother's hype. I found the bread to be hard and chewy - not in a good way. I had the veggie sandwich which was overloaded with mayo, then had tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and cheese. We took a #9 to my younger brother, who said after eating half, it hurt his gums to eat more as the bread was so hard. I don't know if it was just a bad batch or this is the norm. Unfortunate to be sure.

Probably one of the most old sandwich places I can eat. Just nasty

Always wanted to go cus of what ive heard and what i heard was right on the money. So tasty and fast service.

Unless you want to sit in line for 25 minutes don't even think about going to this one

Went through drive thru today and experienced an extremely long wait due to no workers It's the same everywhere you go it's not the restaurant's fault it's the government's fault, you can't run a business without workers and we should all thank the ones who chooses to come to work.

Good food, same old place. Safe during these times. Subway may be cheaper on the same road, but it's nasty in Comparison. JJs is clean, fresh

Literally had to call to get an answer in drive thru terrible

Excellent food and excellent service!!!

6 sandwiches ordered online, zero started by the time I arrived. ALL SIX were not prepared to order, or labeled according to the order ( so the wrapper has to come off and the bread peeled back to see what it is ). A big john without extra meet, a veggie delight where the veggies don't even cover the bread, all veggies left off another. Sorry, but making subs isn't rocket science, so why would I pay a rocket fuel price? What really tipped the cart was being verbally accosted for getting a drink while waiting for the extra prep time.My takeaways were that if you want to order from this location you will have to observe them making the sandwich to have a prayer of getting it right - as well as personally instruct them to label your order selection so you don't have to paw through them all later.
