Went to pick up a breakfast order on way to tournament at Louisville Slugger complex. Order wasn't ready and had to wait. When I got my order the drinks smelled and tasted like they were contaminated with chemical cleaner. Absolutely avoid this place.
The burger I had was good. My wife's chicken sandwich was not good. We arrived a few minutes before 11. Couldn't order until the system changed over. The were very confused about what they had. I wanted onion rings but they were out of them. The sandwich My wife wanted they didn't have.. I asked if they had coke zero the lady said yes but they didn't have. So very unorganized. We won't go back!! Made a special effort to eat there but so disappointed!
So I work for Grubhub and went to pick up a order on 2/15/22 for my diner and I waited 40 minutes for my damn order and the restaurant wasn’t even busy… Just talked the whole 40 minutes that I wasted… I left and didn’t even get my order… (Felt sorry for the diner)..But this Hy-Vee Restaurant won’t ever see me again.If I could give this a zero star I would be pleased.
30 minutes wait to get onion rings. Need significant process improvement.Restaurant seems to be empty

I've been struggling with pick up at various stores recently, Hy-Vee is the best grocery pick up option in town. Produce is always in good condition. In the rare instance a mistake is made, their customer care goes above and beyond to resolve the issue, such as free delivery to replace items.
They treat their employees with no respect, wouldn't recommend this place
Our service was great. a cracked eggshell on my wife's order but the food was otherwise great.
Will definitely be returning. So worth the small drive. The employees were super friendly and helpful while my baby was upset in the checkout line. The variety of food was great & everything looked fresh. Definitely prefer this location over Canton IL! Thank you to the staff today!
