I walked in after placing an online order. I stood at the pickup window for 10 minutes. I saw two bags sitting by the fryer but I couldn't see the names. I looked around the kitchen hoping someone would make eye contact or ask me how they could help me and no one ever did. I did observe some very good practices and yet those two bags sitting up there never were touched. 10 minutes later, someone went up to the two bags and hollered out two names, one of which was mine. All they needed was french fries. I had been watching the friar guy load cups of fries for the last 10 minutes and never paying attention to those bags. Unbelievable. When I claimed my bag, they added the fries. I said, "I've been standing here watching that bag for 10 minutes!" The worker in the black polo said, "do you want an extra drink or something? Sorry about that." I said no and 2alked away with my now likely cold burger and hot fries. Terrible customer service but delicious food. It's a love-hate relationship.

The fries were way too salty for me. The bacon cheese dog could been way better. My husband liked the bacon cheeseburger tho.

The food is always good. But the prices are ridiculous. It cost me 45.00 for 1 hotdog 1 little burger 1 bacon cheeseburger 1 large fries and 3 regular drinks. That's why we don't go there very often. And it will be a long time before we go back.
Wow! The best Five Guys we've been to! We like traveling across the country with the family. This place was top notch. The welcome, as soon as you walk in, was pleasant and warm. Ordering was spot on. The food was perfectly organized inside the bags. The burgers were made extremely well, not thrown together. They looked like they were ready for a photoshoot. Extremely pleased with the quality of the food and staff!!!
I do recommend but was disappointed a few minutes ago, I didn’t get 1 extra fry in the bag and just spent $22 for 3 orders. There were only 2 tables with people and no one else in line.
The bathrooms and floors were filthy. The food was so so. The guy taking our order didn’t inform us that we had to ask for any toppings on the burgers including ketchup and mustard (I guess I didn’t know what to expect). Pretty disappointing experience for how expensive it was.
Great food as always, very expensive considering food isn't brought to my table, but... Well, I commend this location on keeping the tables cleaned. One problem, you shouldn't use the same cleaning rag for the tables and seats, and then move on to the next table.
